Ordered cabinet under lighting. Was delivered promptly. Looks great.

approx. 30 min wait to talk with representative but when we spoke he was excellent ... down to finding ... and ordering an Item I bought years ago ... which u no longer carry ... I brought my son to the store because I had very positive experiences ... from your Englewood, NJ store and Bowery

Lighting By Gregory is the best!
As a designer who specifies and buys a wide range of lighting and control product, they handle every collection and manufacturer we love to use for our projects. Our salesperson, Ed Silverii is tops when it comes to customer service and his knowledge of product. The shipping department is extremely well managed, so we always know where our merchandise is at anytime.

Vivian was very informative and extremely knowledgeable about the vast inventory that Lighting by Gregory has. The prices were not over the top either.

I had an excellent experience with Lighting by Gregory during a major home renovation these past few months. My sales rep, Rick Weirich, was always helpful and went out of his way to serve us with advise, unusual orders, helping us figure lighting questions out with our architect and many small details that took what could have been a headache, and made it seamless. I would very highly rate the team at Lighting by Gregory to anyone.

Good service, communicative. Nice custom lights

Great selection and custom service. Thank you Ed for all of your help and attention.

Great selection, competitive pricing and excellent customer service!

The in-store experience was good, but the followup experience was inadequate after placing a large order and paying for it up front.
Phone calls and emails were hard to get replies to my questions and still haven't received answers to some of them.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great working with Sam, a true professional

Worked with Mark R, who takes care to listen to the customer's interest/request and determines feasibility and/or considers the proposed application relative to the physical characteristics and similar conditions. Offers plausible and valued advice, recommendations and/or appropriate product and bears the patience to endure my lengthy due diligence. LBG's merchandising and quality was also consistent to the architecture and style for the proposed application I intended to achive.

The only encumbrance is the payment process; which entails multiple documents. Don't expect to simply give a credit card and have it swiped. No...you have to fill out a form with all of your credit card information, sign it and sign the invoice and ensure that the invoice and credit card forms are in agreement. If handling a transaction remotely, you need a scanner or fax machine to handle it.

unbelievable great experience to work with the Lighting by Gregory team.
they have such a wonderful approach with the clients. every time we went to the store they were very warm with my wife and with me.
the thing we like the most is that the store and the team are not pretentious at all, having of course the best stuff available in the market.

Excellent service, understanding of needs, large variety of choices.

Over several years, I have ordered a variety of lamps and lighting fixtures through the company on at least three separate occasions. I have always been impressed with the friendly and efficient customer service as well as the knowledge base and information provided by the sales people. I am very satisfied overall and will continue to do business with them in the future.
