Lillywhites has always been my go-to for my astro turf shoes. They have a large stock of brands, models and sizing. And they ship worldwide securely and fast.

Good quality with fast delivery but a ropey service

I still dont have my purchase. It was meant to be delivered yesterday.

I saw a product online and went to the store to buy it only to realise that they sold them exclusively online - with the additional payment for online purchases. So while I was on my way back home, I proceeded with the purchase. Then, out of curiosity, I went to the brand's website only to discover that own brand in question sells the product on their website nearly at half the price of what Lillywhites charges. The brand seels the product for £22 instead of £37.99 which is what I paid at Lillywhites (plus the extra £4.99 for shipping). I feel very defrauded. I paid literally an extra £20.98 for the same product. Thanks Lillywhites.

I had two orders canceled on me without any explanation or details from Lillywhotes. It’s likely that the problem originated with - or was caused by - the shipping company. However, there was zero communication and the company
deducted 15 pounds between what my credit card paid and got refunded. Emails to the customer service team were ignored too.

Slow shipping, It says next day delivery but it really isn't, which is misleading.

The availability and quantity of products, the simplicity of purchasing, and the great service despite being on another continent have made me a customer since 2016. I would give it 5 stars, but I can't buy Nike products, and that's only possible at this store.

I ordered 3 items, one of them does not fit and I can't seem to complete the return form on the website to return the item. By entering all details the form says that the order can't be found.
Sent an email through the specific form on the website and still did not get an answer after a good week waiting.

The shopping experience was great. I find it easier to choose what I need through the internet and all the information about the products helps a lot on deciding which one is best for me.
The only thing I don't like is getting the delivery from Evri because they always leave the package at the reception of the building instead of taking it to the apartment door. It could be taken by somebody else and it happens quite a lot. I usually complain to the company but they do nothing about it.

HI! The problem this time was that you sent the orden in two different shipments. This brought me a problem in Uruguay because here we have to present consistent documentation and my payment in the credit card (only one payment) is not consistent with the two invoices and shipments. For future purchases I would like to know if I can specially ask to receive all the order in one shipment?
