Poor in store service. Cant return item and get money back& ordering online I got a show with a mark on it so they don’t look new!
I bought 3 pairs of Sketchers in stores. Took forever to find someone to help. Buying size 10’s one pair didn’t fit even though it was size 10 in the same make. When returning with receipt them I wasn’t allowed to get my money back, only credit. So having the credit with no other option I ordered online a pair of sketchers. On arrival they are marked on the front so they don’t look brand new. Highly disappointed given I was expecting a much better experience in store and online.

Lower level of quality products comparing to JD sports and other new shops.
No longer trustworthy as it use to be.
Been buying in different shops as I am professional sports trainer.
This one I am sorry to say lost it after 2020

Do not buy from this horrible place the shop in Piccadilly is a desgrace. They do not even speak proper English refused to Refund the item which I bought 5 hours before.
By law I am intitle to a refund !
