Ordered necklace for my granddaughters bday. Over a month later still haven't received anything. Customer service is poor. They responded sorry. It will be shipped soon. Well her birthday has come and gone. It still hasn't been shipped. Will never order from them again.

Never received my item, no replies from customer service
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a necklace for my mother’s birthday about a month ago and still do not have it. Shipping says 48 hours to process and around a week for shipping. When I look at my shipping tracker it still says “preparing for shipment”. I have contacted customer service twice, with no response. I now have no item for her birthday and have not received my money back.
DO NOT ORDER-SHODDY MERCHANDISE
I ordered a wedding ring set to use while traveling and wore it on a 12 day trip. The first few days the ring's stones turned dark and unsightly. Upon returning I called the company and reported the problem. The rep.said that I should send an email and include photos which I did. There was no response. I called again and spoke with John he said that he would elevate my complaint to management. I never got a response. I emailed the company again saying that I would like to have resolution and have no response. Bottom line -There merchandise is worthless- don't waste your money

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong order delayed back and forth emails and then just went dark. Awful company.

BUYER BE WARE! Don’t purchase anything from this company! I mean NOTHING! They got me too! I ordered the silver stacked RING and less than a month they tarnished!! Reach out to their useless customer service and they asked me to send pics. I did, and they then requested I send better pics! You can see the tarnished rings in my original pics. I know they are trying to wear me down before the 30 day warranty to get a refund or replacement expires. Please don’t purchase from this jewelry!

Actually -1. Took a full month to receive after ordering and didn’t bother to answer requests for tracking number until I reported them. Will never order from this company again.

Awful .. I placed an order on November 18th..after a couple of days..and being hung up with customer service.. they said they didn't have any order from me.. they credited my credit card but said they didn't have an order...Iwill be contacting BBB and telling them that they are fraudulent...my cc has been contacted and they are aware...worst experience of anything I have bought
Beautiful, affordable pieces of jewelry
This is the second time I have ordered personalized necklaces from Limoges Jewelry. The first was about four years ago in sterling silver, and still, today, the necklace is beautiful and I wear it often. I just ordered a necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas and I have to say that it turned out beautiful. Customer service and quality is 5 stars.
Good gracious, live a little
Good gracious, these reviews and reviewers are stupid! Common sense would tell you that every class ring starts at $350 and can go to $1000+ so if you are buying one for $40 on Groupon, you get what you pay for. I lost mine from college and thought it would be fun to get a cheap replica. I got exactly what I paid for and it is cute and fun for occassional use.

Order Failure Leads to Funds Being Taken, Issue Resolved
After multiple orders with them, I attempted to order some jewelry for my granddaughters per the 1-day offer/ad. I selected the necklaces, reviewed the order form prior to checkout and paying. I attempted to use PayPal since I had a credit but the website rejected it stating the PayPal entry coding was incorrect. I then tried the credit card assigned to this account but the card wasn't accepted. Next I tried my debit card but it too was rejected (so I thought). Frustrated, I decided to throw in the towel. The next morning, I had an email from my bank stating that the order amount had been sent to Limoges for payment via my debit card. I had no order number or any indication from Limoges that the order had been accepted. I called them, emailed them screenshots of both the bank email and the order as I had selected it. Their reply is that since there was no order number then the transaction never occurred!! I'm missing the funds from my bank account which are plainly shown to have been sent to Limoges in the amount of the order that I tried in vain to make. The "battle" is ongoing and my next move will be to get my bank involved since they have definitive proof the payment was made! Here's their reply: "Again, we provided you with order numbers, purchase dates and totals. We confirmed we received your money and confirmed shipped status of 2 orders and confirmed 4 orders will ship soon. We are not sure if you are confused and not understanding this information as you continue to advise we are not providing you confirmation or other details." It's my inability to understand or process the information concenring my orders which is laughable since I have the evidence in front of me in black and white! Just blame the customer for his/her ignorance of the business's "system!" I'll update this as things unfold. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs so as to bypass issues with orders or inferior merchandise (which I haven't received any of the previous orders yet). I'll update the quality of the merchandise in a later post!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
UPDATE: After searching an confiding with my bank the bank's computer detected a purchase and sent an email to me indicating that a transaction had occured when in reality it hadn't!! I was mistaken and admit my error caused by a banking error. The update on the merchandise is that it all appears nicely done just as requested. Only time and usability will determine it's life span as received or whether it fades, breaks or tarnishes. I'll update the consequences as they unfold. In the meantime, I'm updating my experience and rating to "3" stars!! I may start to use them again now that our "misunderstanding" has been resolved!

Buyer beware!!!!! I ordered a bridal ring set. Originally listed at $199 but purchased on sale for $49.99. The ring came with engraving but was nothing like photo and very cheap. It was not even worth the sale price.

AVOID
I commissioned a graduation ring from Limoges. The craftsmanship quality is poor. The gold plating wore off in less than 2 weeks. The gemstone setting also loosened substantially. Also, the ring seems to cut blood circulation in my finger. It's just not a high quality piece.

If I could give a minus 10 I would!!!! The WORST customer service!!! The worst advertising BS!!!! I spent an hour on the phone with representative, and then supervisor...they first offered to remove the shipping fee, then said they can't do it. I was willing to spend the lowest discounted price, they charged me three times that amount. PLEASE BUYER BEWARE!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED
I should have read the reviews before I placed order. Placed order in October, received product in December. Item I received was Not what I ordered. Didn't even feel like going thru the return process. That was my first and LAST time I order from this company. Very disappointed :(
Not worth it.…
I had a discount which was the reason I ordered from this company. I placed my order May 1 and didn't receive it until June 21! About a month in I inquired and was told "as it states on our website". No, it doesn't.
The ring itself is open and extremely thin. So why ask for a ring size?
Not worth the discount and definitely not worth the Long wait!
