Fast delivery, packaging very underwhelming for the price of products

While I have loved this brand in the past, my latest order fell short of the premium standard. My bed linens arrived in plain plastic bags rather than the nice, branded cotton bags used previously—a noticeable downgrade in presentation given the price point. Furthermore, the face cloths required some maintenance before use, as I had to cut away several loose cotton threads. I hope to see the quality control and luxury packaging restored.

Great product! I bought the core bundle and towels as a gift and the person loved them. They particularly liked how soft the material felt and that the fitted sheet had labelled the long and short sides. I would buy from this company again.

Lovely linen which I have bought before and have bought again. Great quality, lovely feel and washes beautifully. Arrived in good time as promised and easy to order on the website.

I'm waiting for delivery (on Tuesday) but know it will be perfect as I've already got 3 bundle sets from Linenbundle.
I love the quality - like sleeping on a fresh cloud !! .... I highly recommend as I feel the quality/price is excellent and the people very helpful and professional.

Had ordered from Linenbundle before many times and I was very happy with the product. Ordered 2 sets and when they arrived the quality is not as good at all. Not worth the money and they all smelt very badly. I thought I was ordering from an Irish company but this time sheets are all marked “made in India”. Very disappointing!!

I have recently bought bedding from Linenbundle as I have often done before. However, this time I am very disappointed with the quality. After washing the duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillow cases I found them very hard to iron, the fabric is very hard to the touch unlike the previous sets that I have.

Checkout was smooth and delivery via DHL was super fast.

Products very of high quality but that's a standard with LB.

The only drawback is that LB offers different merchandise based on geographical region. For example, within UK, one can also order duvets and pillows. Which is something one cannot do from within the EU border.

Besides that, all went well.

Delivered quickly and well packed.
This is my third lot of duvet covers sheets and pillowcases.
Fantastic quality. I absolutely love them.

This is my 5th order! I previously bought a set for my son and daughter in law and they loved it so I've been a very happy repeat customer! Just bought the orange orchard and coastal sprig sets for ourselves and they are fantastic. Cool and crisp, and they fit the bed and pillows properly. No struggling with skimpy-cut fitted sheets any more! Wouldn't buy from anywhere else now.

Lovely quality bedding, swift delivery, good communication. My only issue is that the 270 thread count percale when washed and line dried still looked very creased from its original fold lines and I am not one for ironing! Crease resistant fabric would be even better. However the material feels so good against your skin I can forgive this.
