I repeatedly get a txt which says i owe


I repeatedly get a txt which says i owe £10 on the 21st of every month for non payment when the standing order pays on the 28th of each month. I have repeatedly tried to ring and emailed explaining this BUT still get I get a txt through ever month that I owe £10, I refuse to pay this as i do pay on the 28th of the month. Please sort your system out and look at what I pay and when. Ive never missed a payment.

Understsnd what they Are

People, This kind of company is where old debts go to die. The reason you can’t get hold of them, speak to them, Email them and get a reply is because this is a unmanned afterthought of a company that buys statute barred debts for pennies on the pound that they have zero legal chance of actually getting paid for but hope they can panic you into paying it. It’s something they check once every few weeks, they use call centres and operate 99% unmanned. Go and look into the company details on Companies house, go and look at all the companies they operate and the same address they all work out from, look how many companies own companies within the same 3 directors.

You are under ZERO responsibility ! The burden of proof lies on them.

If you have not admitted liability, if you have not made a payment to the account in any capacity for 6 years they can’t do anything ! Laugh at them

Debt collectors hold ZERO POWER ! None ! If they come to your house laugh at them, don’t answer the door, just ignore them !

They must provide you with 3 documents,

The deeds of assignment signed and witnessed NOT a Notice of Assignment

A True Signed original copy of the agreement showing a clear signature NOT a digital Signature or Tick Box

An Up to date statement showing every payment made to the account within the last 6 years !

If they try to get a CCJ against you and they have not provided you with those documents contact the issuing court and inform them, show them your emails to them ! And only communicate by email !

The court will set the CCJ Aside, Then contact the FSA and other legal institutions and organisations these type of companies must adhere too and report them !

Then seek compensation against them ! I charge £120 an hour, Every letter, email, worry stress they have caused me I will claim for it, hours and hours of my time and anxiety is chargeable, Invoice them and take them to court,

Most importantly DO NOT BE BULLIED BY THESE PEOPLE - They have ZERO POWER !

Nobody can take what’s yours without a COURT WRIT - A High Court Writ - Signed by a Judge !

And to get that YOU will be contacted by the court before that happens and have weeks to respond ! Just tell the court the truth ! The debt is not yours, you have asked for the 3 documents and they have failed to provide them !

Which is their legal requirement to enforce any Debt in U.K. law

No one likes dealing with this sort of thing, but Reece, the operator who supported me was absolutely fantastic. He listened well, was personable, friendly and professional. He really made the experience much more tolerable!

I am still trying to make a full and


I am still trying to make a full and final payment to you, I never received the verification email so I can pay online and your automated telephone service is duplicating the account number so I don't trust it, you replied to my review last week saying you would contact me with an Al way to pay but I never heard anything, I am about to contact the finance ombudsman I have been trying to clear this account since March

Terrible Company

Company keeps calling my old phone number chasing a loan that has already been paid off. I have called them, left my number and emailed multiple times and have yet to get any sort of reply. I have also now received a letter claiming I havn't been in touch so they are looking at a house visit. This makes me extremely uncomfortable and stressed.

Emailed back in January with all the relevant information to set up a direct debit as my work pattern makes it hard for me to call up during the day, emailed 5 times since then have heard nothing back. My portal just says “it’s updating” received a letter saying I missed payments I know nothing about being set up demanding I pay the balance in full. Spent all last week ringing 9/10 times a day with no answer & no one responding to my voicemails. HOW CAN THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY & SORT YOUR DEBT OUT IF THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE BACK WITH YOU!!!

Been trying to get through to link for


Been trying to get through to link for the past month. Nobody answers the phone. Even when you leave a message nobody calls back. Emails have been ignored. Even a request to my direct debit on the portal has been ignored for the past 8 days. How is anyone meant to sort out a debt? Maybe I have to take it higher as this is a joke.

UPDATE: STILL A SHAM

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW:
I don't know how this company is allowed to operate, it's an absolute SHAM.
I still have NO REPLY to my emails of 3rd April, 8th April and 14th April. I still have NO REPLY to my complaint about this from 17th April (4 WEEKS AGO). I still have heard NOTHING since I replied to the comment on my last review asking for more info despite this being TWO WEEKS AGO. They don't answer the phone when you do call, and I can't ring often due to my work constraints.

I am not asking for anything difficult or controversial - I'm asking to be able to register my account online which I can't as they must have some details incorrect. I'm asking for confirmation that the 2 payments my old provider have confirmed, in writing, that they've passed over have been received and applied, and I basically just want to be able to pay.

I am going to give this 1 more week to receive a full response via email or I am going to the Financial Ombudsman Service about the fact that you simply cannot contact them and the stress that trying to contact this not-fit-for-purpose company brings.

Awful company to try and contact

Awful company to try and deal with.

I have then made multiple attempts to contact link over a number of weeks and do not receive a reply.
Their phones are not answered. Whether you call using option 1, 2 or 3. Nobody ever answers, I just want to get my settlement figure and pay the debt off. You wouldn’t think it’s this hard.
I have made 8 phone calls at different times of the day and it either rings for 10 minutes and then tells you to leave a message or as soon as the call connects it tells you to leave a message.
I have left messages, I’ve also sent email plus tried to get onto the online portal but I am not contacted by email, phone or through the website.

I had a very supportive and reassuring conversation with Emily today. She was patient and attentive regarding my circumstances and put me at ease with her compassion and understanding. She provided me with helpful information and advice making my situation more tolerable with strong hopes of resolution. Impossible to contact

Dreadful company to try and deal with.

I fell in financial difficulties and my loan was passed to link financial.
I contacted and completed an application with StepChange who advised they would contact my creditors and never have.
As a result, link have issued ccj paperwork.

Link have send numerous threatening emails from a 'do not reply' email address.
I have then made multiple attempts to contact link over several weeks and do not receive a reply.
Their phones are not manned. Whether you call using option 1, 2 or 3. Nobody ever answers.
I have made 6 phone calls at different times of the day.
I also sent an email to the contact details listed on their website 2 weeks ago, along with an additional follow up and neither have been responded to.
I know these have been received as they issue an auto response.

This company calls me 5+ times per day from different numbers. I am not the person they are trying to reach. I've reached out to them to get my number removed from the system but the calls continue.

Please rectify this ASAP.
