I’m truly grateful that I was able to get the company’s contact number through my picture. They stood by me and handled my case against the fraudsters, ultimately helping me recover my capital. That period was one of the most difficult times in my life, and without their support, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through.

Just a note to say how professional, kind and caring Jennifer is. Being in a customer facing role is demanding and relentless. She must be very busy and have a lot on her plate, but she is always pleasant and has an excellent sense of humour. Dealing with Joe Public, you probably need it!

I had a terrible service from Jennifer Prunty. She is a very arrogant and rude person, she never answers the phone. I don't recommend this agency, it just wastes your time. I recommend that the director to change agents especially Jennifer.

2nd worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve lived all over the world. Never follow up on snag lists or action items though they promise to.
