We had a viewing of a flat with Anastasia and she said the flat was 1516 pounds. We wanted to hold it and they asked us to pay a holding deposit and make an offer. We made the offer only to be told that they had a mistake and the flat is 2143 pounds. They agreed to lower it to 1800, but we can't afford it. Now they are refusing to return our deposit. I have lost my job due to covid, I'm a student and I cannot afford that much.
Very dissapointed and after many emails they did not reply to I have filed a claim with the goverment.
