Llama Travel レビュー

i can highly recommend this,
Our holiday was excellent coz it was excellent services.
No hassle it was Unforgettable trip.
Thank you so much.

I have previously booked travel experiences with llama travel and always found them excellent.

This trip to India was no exception. Faultless from beginning to end. Excellent tour guides, fantastic accommodation and flexible travel itineraries so you can choose the perfect trip.

Great organisation with everything during the tour and everything was taken care of for us.

Small group which also helps as you can really get to know people and enjoy the shared experiences. It gives you more time with your tour guides as they can communicate better with a smaller group.

A great travel experience and most guests on the tour with us had also previously booked llama. So it’s reassuring to be going with a company you know and trust and with an excellent past record with providing enriching travel experiences.

Will be looking forward to booking with llama travel for another travel adventure in the near future.

The team at Llama Travel were very friendly and helpful in relation to booking our trip to Ecuador and The Galapagos. They gave advice and suggestions and were happy to tweak the itinerary, change dates and flights until we were completely happy with the holiday. We spoke to Otto on many occasions and he was always happy to discuss the holiday with us as were his colleagues. You get a much more personal experience with this company than with the bigger travel companies. Llama Travel were recommended to us by friends and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family or travel with them again.

Amazing 3 week holiday in Peru, Chile and Rio, we were looked after superbly well by llama travel and Paige who managed our booking from start to finish. We felt they gave us a lovely personal touch from moment of booking and during the holiday. We loved every part of our holiday and the itinerary adapted to our requests. Will definitely book again with such a great tour operator. Thanks again Paige for your help and llama travel for organising great tours ❤️

This was our first trip with Llama Travel to Argentina, Brazil and Peru. We received really good service firstly from the office in London and the organisation and guides in Latin America were first class. All extremely knowledgeable with brilliant English, but also friendly and enjoyable company, caring for all our needs. The hotels were good, all in very good locations and our itinerary gave us so many great experiences and memories. Thank you Llama Travel.... we are already thinking about our next trip with you!

Just back from Japan … amazing trip, great service from start to finish Well paced holiday with free time built to explore. First class hotels well located with guides all willing to go the extra mile .Special thanks to Cars in Tokyo and Yoshi in Kyoto for making our trip so special. Our third holiday with Llama travel, Namibia
& South America also, can’t fault you. Well done all .

Would highly recommend Llama Travel - it was our first time travelling with them but it was a massive holiday - 4 weeks across South America. Their attention to detail was impressive, they let us know in advance of the smallest changes to our itinery e.g. hotel bookings, trip changes etc.
The local guides were really excellent (bar one) and most had immense knowledge about the sights and history of each area.
Will definitely travel with Llama again.

Llama travel service excellent before and after the trip. Excellent guides and tour itinerary. Could not recommend them any higher, recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service from Llama everything runs seamlessly from the initial enquiry to returning home.
The itinerary is comprehensive and sent before you travel so you know exactly what day and time your trips are.
Staff on the ground are knowledgeable, personable and friendly all the hotels we booked were excellent and in great locations.
South America is an amazing continent and Llama make it easy to explore with their hints and tips we have traveled to Costa Rica, Peru , Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands and would not consider using anyone else.

Recently travelled as a couple to Peru with Llama travel. From start to finish everything was absolutely fantastic. Travel adviser, hotels, transfers, excursions and staff all top notch. Great quality, super efficient and highly competitive price. We will definitely be using Llama travel again. Well done you guys!

We used Llama Travel to organise a trip to Peru and Matchu Pichu. We got great advice and a remarkable set of experiences and memories at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again

Just on our tour to Jordan and I am so glad we didnt cancel our trip. It's been simply fantastic. If like me you you were unsure about travelling due to everything going on in the surrounding countries then I would say do not cancel as you won't be disappointed.

Booked a Costa Rica tour with Llama travel. Terrific customer service. Fantastic destinations and tours. In country tour guides and transfers excellent. Great value. Would certainly use again.

Just returned from the Taj Tigers and Temples tour of India - absolutely amazing and worth each and every 5 stars!
From my initial enquiry the booking with Llama was handled seamlessly. I questioned a few things prior to departure and Otto answered promptly and with the info I needed. He is also helping with a query I have had since returning.
The tour itself was beyond my expectations- the guide Narinder was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and looked after us through each stage of our tour. He even rejigged the itinerary on the very first day and managed with less than 24 hours for us as a group to attend the Holi festival which was an extra special added bonus.
The majority of the hotels service was great - a couple of issues which were rectified by the staff with deepest apologies.
We were also extremely lucky to see tigers in our additional safari, which I would recommend doing as the guides take you into different areas of the park. The safari included in the initial cost takes you into gate 1 which is the main tourist gate and it is very busy.
We were a group of 10 with 2 additional travellers joining us who were staying at the upgrade hotel. As a group of 10 we socialised in the evening and got on very well. I hope to stay in touch.
Travelling as two female friends in our 50’s we felt very safe in India. The people are so friendly and welcoming. I hope to return one day.
Would definitely travel with llama again and would wholeheartedly recommend to friends and family.
Thank you so much Llama travel for an exceptional holiday and service

Just returned from a fabulous extended holiday to Costa Rica, The Galapagos islands and Peru. Llama travel, Ben and colleagues, were fantastic in organising all that we wanted, linking three tours together seamlessly. All the transfers were punctual, professional, with very clean vehicles. All the hotels/lodges/boat (12) were wonderful, very comfortable. All excursions were led by local guides who were very knowledgeable, spoke good English and very friendly. We saw so much more than we would have done by ourselves.
Thank you so much to Llama travel, we will certainly use you again.

Just returned from Angkor Wat and Vietnam North & South. We had a fabulous holiday, from contacting Llama Travel to departure, everything was well organised (hats off to Otto at Llama who helped accommodate us with flights to Singapore, since we wanted to visit there outside of our holiday itinerary). He was professional and prompt, and made making the arrangements easy and pleasant. The whole trip was excellent, a good balance of places to visit, without spending too much time in any one place. The local tour guides were all superb, and made our trips stress free and very enjoyable. All the hotels were very good (some being excellent). We particularly like Llama's use of small group tours: we began with a group of 6, which eventually maxed out at 10 people. The advantage is that you get to know people well, and the tours feel much more intimate. Overall we loved Cambodia and Vietnam, especially the people, who are very friendly and accommodating. We highly rate this trip and, having been with Llama before, we will be booking with them in future.

Llama Travel arranged my trip to Ecuador & The Galápagos and their customer service and advice has been excellent from start to finish. The trip exceeded expectations and was great value for money. Will definitely be using again

This was our first time using Llama Travel and I would definitely recommend them.
The team are very friendly, professional and quick to respond to any questions.
Our tour of Chile was well organised, everything ran according to plan, the guides were super friendly and helpful. The whole trip was perfect Thank you!!

We have used Llama 3 times now for long haul trips and we keep going back because the service from the staff in the UK is always very friendly and helpful (thanks Otto!) and because the local tour guides we’ve had have all been first class; very knowledgeable and personable. We also really like travelling round in a small group and the tours always include days that you can spend doing your own thing. We highly recommend Llama and will always go back to them for similar trips.

Llama Travel Cape Town and the Garden Route plus Victoria Falls.
Trip was in January/February 2024

Unable to fault Llama on the level of service and attention when we booked this holiday. Did not have any problems with the hotels, guides, or drivers.

Llama offer an upgrade package for the hotels on this trip, in my opinion it is not worth doing, we were 9 couples and one couple did take the upgrade and missed out on a lot of socialising, the hotels on the basic package met all of our needs and we would happily stay in any of them again.

Suggest that you do not take the flight that gets into Cape Town very early in the morning, I think it came in about 4AM. The first hotel which is the Sun Square City Bowl does not allow check in until 4PM, some of our group had to wait about 10 hours to get into there room.

Since Llama published the details of the holiday Zimbabwe has increased the cost of the visa for entry from $50 to $55 per person. It was not difficult to get the visa at the airport just time consuming.
