I ordered 2 packs, and received two entirely different flavors that what I ordered. Their website says 100% guaranteed, so I emailed the company for a refund or replacement of product and they offered 5% refund. I emailed them back and they offered 10%, I emailed them back and forth and they got up to 90% refund then quit responding. I believe I was emailing a bot because none of my questions were ever answered and all responses were the same every time. I never did receive a refund or replacement.

backyardcreek sounded like it could go either way for mebut I ended u loving the taste. My daughter tried a sip and immediately asked what I was drinking too.

Tast great, I orderd back in Aug and it worth every single penny.

This company sucks in shipping, customer service and taste. DO NOT BUY!!! You also have to fight them to cancel the subscription you didn’t know you automatically got signed up for. I told them that I didn’t want to get any other shipments from them and within 2 days I had another charge on my bank account and now they will not refund my money. Run from this shady company!

I bought 3 flavors, when they arrived, 2 of those 3 were incorrect with one of the incorrect ones being one I’m allergic to(backyard creek) I contacted them, after 2 weeks they had gone back and forth with me multiple times, but did nothing to fix the issue. I even sent them their own 90 day guarantee screen shot from multiple places in their website, they refused to refund. I was going to have my bank reverse the charge but then I got a notice that something had shipped again. Upon arrival, they had resent the same wrong flavors, with the one I was allergic to again. Upon looking at my bank account I realized that they had charged me for a subscription without my knowledge. I contacted them again. They offered a 10% refund for orders that were 66% wrong. I said no, they offered a 30% refund, I said no. They said “final offer 50% refund” I sent back a screenshot of their guarantee and explained I’d need to contact ftc and bbb they said they’d refund it. I got back one of the 2 charges. This is literally after 45 days and 20-ish emails. Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy.

I placed an order on May 2, 2026 and STILL have not received it… I have sent NUMEROUS emails to a “Jassica”who responds the same way every time apologizing and and saying the “revenant” team is looking into it but can’t refund my money because the order is stuck in limbo (which is bullcrap) It is now September 13 2026 and nothing has been resolved… Obviously something is wrong if you don’t get your order in over 4 months and this is no way to take care of customers especially if you want returning ones….this company gladly takes your money but doesn’t fulfill your order or take care of its customers..

My order 2369 was the wrong flavors. I contacted them when I opened it. I sent pictures of my product and the package it shipped in. I was told they would review my issue and get back with me within 2 days. I have followed up with them repeatedly and no resolution was offered. They just say the proper department will get back with me. It's been a month, considerably longer than 2 days. Stick with loaded teas. This place has awful customer service!

Update! I forgot to cancel the subscription in time and this order 3485 is wrong too!! Are you Freaking kidding me? Apparently wrong is how they do things!!

I would give it less than one star if I could. Advertising made in America but it ships from China. When I finally received my order more than half was missing. I contacted them saying to cancel any subscription. The next month they charged me again and sent the product. At this point my first order was not fixed. I’ve emailed back and forth and they give me the run around. Now I just got charged a third time and no response from them. Basically I’m out $179.85. They are scamming people and I think the product is subpar.

I Have a string of e-mails requesting to Cancel my subscription. First it was can we pause it , then I said just cancel it, Ok we will request the cancellation , they just Refuse basically, so now I will have to go to the bank show the long stream of e-mails,and ask them what to do usually cancelling subscriptions is a fairly quick process RIDICULOUS
Since I posted this Review I was personally taken care of , and my subscription WAS cancelled, so I am adding this to my review to be fair
I spoke to the company through an email exchange and my problem was solved for my satisfaction.
I feel confident that whomever has this problem in the future it will be resolved quickly as they are aware of the problem and corrected it in a personal manner

Each inquiry want to know where my order was was met with the general, sorry for the delay, your order is on the way to yiu, we appreiciate your patience. I ordered beginning of May 2026, it is now end of August beginning of September 2026. Still they are sorry about the delay and assure me it is on it's way. I do not believe them.
Save your money, save your frustration, save your time and order from LOADED TEA instead. Each order from the Loaded Tea has arrived in a timely manner, has all items ordered are in the package and is neatly packaged.

I copied and pasted the address in the company reply. The email bounced, no deliverable address. Am I surprised? Not any more. So I stand on my initial review. Save your frustration on all points, and order from LOADED TEAS. The product delivers on time, the product works, the flavors are great and are new flavor drops, coupon codes and great sales!

They only sent partial orders - TWICE
I emailed for refund because of the partial orders, and because they said it was made in the us. Both packages came from China.
It was almost impossible to figure out how to delete the subscription
I have spent over a month reaching out to ‘jassica’ their supposed customer service department. Her continued response is ‘sorry, someone from
Another department will help you’ they never contact you. They refuse to honor their refund policy
Oh and their product is vile - tastes simply awful.
So do yourself a favor and don’t bother

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a subscription service first off. They have that hidden real nice and tight so you don’t realize it until they start taking your money. They are not in the USA like their website says. It ships from china. It doesn’t make 32oz per packet. I had to us four packets for my 32 oz tumbler. The cherry flavor is horrible. Taste like cherry cough syrup. They never sent my first order at all never responded to my email. When I got the second order I thought I was finally after two months getting the first order until I realized they had charged me again. Customer service wouldn’t help and no refund for what I never got. Scammers

I ordered three different flavors. I’m kind of picky with my water flavors and the other two that they sent that I didn’t order are not flavors that I would’ve ever ordered. They sent me three packages, but only one of the flavors that I ordered. I emailed them and told them to send me a label to send the two back that I didn’t order and ask them to send the other 2 that I did order. They responded and apologized and said they were gonna forward that to the appropriate team. I emailed them three times in three weeks and they still didn’t have an update, and just kept apologizing. So I told them to cancel the subscription which they said they would and did not and charged me again and I asked for a refund which they forwarded to the appropriate party supposedly. They’re now coming back and offering a 10% refund which I told them is not acceptable. They keep bumping it up in small increments. The acceptable solution is to send me a mailing label for me to send back the unopened packages that I didn’t order and for them to refund my $26.66 from my original order since they’re not sending me the product that I did order and the $39.99 that they charged me again way after I canceled. This company is a joke. This has been going on since the end of June. This is a total scam and at this point I’m not even convinced based on their customer service that was on the packet as ingredients is real.

Don’t do it. They will try to convince you that they are a US based company, shipping from the US. They are not, and do not. It is all coming from China, very slow to arrive, and deceptive responses to all email.

It took nearly a month to arrive, from CHINA. UGH! I ordered more to get the cups, silly I know. I also ordered more to participate in buy 3 get 2. I ordered 5 different flavors. When it arrived, no cups, and only 3 flavors only 1 of them was a requested flavor. I wrote Customer Service, supposedly in the States, but they answered more on China time. ( I recognize the time difference as I've lived in the far east).
Curious to see how this will be resolved.
*9/5- I have been offered a refund for my two orders as I did not like it.
9/9- finally received a refund for the 2 orders sent. I will give another star as they did eventually refund me and canceled my subscription. I still have drinks that I will have to be pretty desperate to drink though. I will stick to my usual go-tos for Loaded Tea.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Their whole storefront is a scam! They ship from China because they are “overwhelmed with orders”!?! I placed an order on June 18 and still have yet to receive it. Immediately after getting an international tracking number, I reached out to customer service and asked for a refund because their website is a sham. No where does it disclose orders will be shipped from CHINA!! I was told I couldn’t get a refund because the order had already shipped. I request they be transparent on their website. You can’t even leave a review on their site because they are so poorly viewed. Never will I order again nor will I recommend.

Update!! --- I emailed like they asked waiting for a reply. But I've emailed that exact address previously 3 times and all three times I was assured that my order was on the way. Well it is now August 29th. I ordered back in April, still no product. No tracking number, and the communication I received was vague. Over 2 and a half months and nothing. SCAM

Now at 4 months they respond to bad reviews but not direct emails. STILL NO PRODUCTS NO REFUND THIS IS THE FIRST RESPONSE BUT ITS THE SAME BOT SCRIPT

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago. The items never got sent and I contacted them 3 times and received no response. Update: four months later they asked for more information and said they did not know about my order. Until I sent them all three of the emails that I sent before and I still have had no response. Do not trust this company!
