Professional and friendly service


Professional and honestly best service I have received from all members of the team that I was dealing with. Whenever I was calling call was picked up and if I couldn't speak to my keys manager immediately I would get response within minutes and when I needed help Karen was always more than happy to help. So thank you very much guys especially Greg and Karen.

Loans Warehouse - faultless service

Loans Warehouse provided a faultless service: quick, efficient and friendly. It met and exceeded all my requirements and was extremely quick, whilst also being very thorough.

I would particularly highlight Leslie, Lisa and Nick who took me through the process and worked brilliantly as a team to find me the best options, find a swift solution to an issue which arose and who were very friendly and helpful throughout.

The requests for information and documentation that you found frustrating were standard lender requirements and not unique to your application.

Unfortunately, there were repeated disagreements regarding routine lending checks and processes that apply to all customers. Despite this, our team remained professional, courteous and committed to helping you achieve the outcome you were seeking.

Low fees, no hidden fees, no beating around the bush

No hidden fees, and if anything is unclear, just give them a bell and they'll explain in simplest way.

We initially spoke with Greg and in the short time we liaised, he was amazing, friendly, professional and very helpful.

We then dealt with Karen and she was fantastic throughout, always ensured the process goes as smooth as possible. She liaised with the solicitors and lenders, chased things up, and always came back to us quickly. Both were great to deal with, and I couldn't recommend them enough!
