Loans Warehouse matched my needs to one of their lenders, and didn't push me or try a hard sell - they simply advised me of my options. The staff are friendly and polite, take the time to listen to you and your needs, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
I was kept informed at each stage of the process, and I was extremely impressed with the service and the whole process.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had been struggling to obtain a second charge for over a year. With the LW the entire process, from initial contact to completion, took just under 3 weeks.
