Very enjoyable and educational days training, I would highly recommend

First half of the training was completed online, this is easy for those who find it hard to send staff off to training for 2 days, easy to log in to and easy to access the training. The only thing that needs changing is updating the information to what is being taught.
The trainer sent for the one day training was brilliant. ALL the staff went away learning something and enjoying what they have learnt. Thank you to all at TutorCare.

Fantastic course, very engaging

The trainer was very practical and took us through the various stages very patiently and carefully, allowing us scope to use the relevant equipment and to practice on our colleagues.

Efficient, easy to manage and enjoyable!

The feedback from those that attended the course was very positive. However I was surprised to hear from them that the test at the end was not a paper test but an all in discussion of the questions.

The students really enjoyed the more practical side of the session but also learnt a lot. They all had great things to say about the session.
