Great first aid course for what we needed in construction

Excellent and very informative. We would recommend this Company without reservation.

They turned up to do a day course which is 6 hours the trainer said he finished at 12.30 so only 3 hours.

Do not use this company as they do not deliver the amount of training they advertise.

I have report them to the authority.

I learnt a lot on the day. It went by quickly and the instructor was great. Bonus to gets. Lovely lunch and snacks provided throughout the day.

Matt was an excellent trainer, clear in his teaching, he taught good pace to suit most people. I came away feeling confident in administering CPR for adults children and infants, and dressing minor wounds. Would recommend.

Good organisation in setting up the course. Very knowledgeable instructor.
More practical, with feedback would have been good. Difficult to cover everything in one day. Feedback I have had was "very worthwhile, but still feel lacking in confidence should I be required to use what I have learnt."

All staff attending the in house training fed back the excellence of the delivery and content of the Emergency First Aid at work course.
The level of information was pitched appropriately and the course was enjoyable as well as achieving the aim of refreshing knowledge.
New information was delivered very effectively.
Trainer was approachable, knowledgeable and had an excellent way of delivering as well as allowing delegates to discuss amongst themselves.

Well presented by a knowledgeable tutor. Gave clear coaching and was able and willing to respond to questions and explain items deeper if requested. Visual and physical demonstrations were good also.

The course was delivered at our work premises for all staff and was excellent. I have done numerous First Aid training courses over the years and this ranks as one of the best. The instructor was superb and used relevant experience throughout the delivery of the course material.

Excellent Course!!

1st aid course was very helpful learned a lot of things and how to do 1st aid what is required in the 1st aid kit at work ect it was a bit boring but learned what I needed to know for basic 1st aid which is the important thing and how to deal with situations

Amazing training, Arrived and welcomed with snacks and coffee which is a very good start, followed by training which was well spoken and demonstrations and practical allowed you really understand what was needed from you as a first aider. Managed to learn so much in such a short amount of time. Would advise to anyone to book this course as it defiantly worth the money.
