I was offered by L’Occitane a birthday gift the next time I ordered from them. I did order & was told twice, with different ‘codes’ that my ‘gift’ was out of stock! A lovely customer service agent called Mishellina, was on the case. Prompt replies to my emails & sent separately to my order, a lovely birthday gift. Great service & attention to detail.

I love this company and the products, they are beautiful and make great gifts. I had a recent issue in that I had forgotten to add a free gift to an order but I emailed and got a response from Renata so quickly. She sent the item out separately and was so kind in her response. It makes me feel like I’m appreciated as a buyer. Thanks as always.

I have been buying from L'occitane for the last 20 years. Recently I went into the Covent Garden store, and was flabbergasted. The " new look" packaging is ghastly, looks and feels cheap, has zero personality, doesn"t convey the L'occitane values and branding. What are you doing L'occitane, cheapening your trademark visuals. I am not saying this just here, I have actually taken the time to write an email directly to the customer services, under my full name. Because I do care about how one of my favourite brands over the years is ruining the experience for it's loyal customers.

I was able to speak with a real person more or less straight away. The contact details were easy to find and clear. The incorrect item was replaced , no questions asked, even though it was my fault for not checking the order confirmation proberly

After over 10 years of buying L'Occitane products Im regretfully going elsewhere. I bought some perfume on line and the bottle it came in looked cheap, nasty and had shrunk! Shame as their perfume bottles used to be so pretty. Also the scent doent last as long as used to..End of an area for me!

As a product line it has some good benefits if you choose what is suitable for your needs skin etc plus the products seems to have done well internationally.
This is going back years. I worked for this company in the early 2000s in one of their shops in central London. Us floor workers were all on minimum wage.
I after 1 month of working there, had a high selling portfolio going, so doing very well. We had a great team (outside of CEOs and the big money bosses) Really lovely people worked here it was a great team which made the job fun exciting and easy to integrate into. The big boss, lets call him, at this company is not seemingly a diplomatic or pleasant person . This is the only job I've EVER had, where I did great ,yet was fired for no reason other than this person had decided he didn't like me. In fact its the only job I've ever had that I have gotten fired from..
I asked this person in a meeting we all attended with this big boss,(us workers on the floor & the manager) What benefits in the future would the company provide for us? The whole meeting fixated on what us workers could do to greatly benefit the company. No one else seemed to want to ask. Seems like that set him off apparently. I was fired not by him mind, oh no, he spoke to the manager the same day after the meeting to do the dirty work. My manager was upset to tell me and didn't quite understand either so I was just told in nicer words ,he didn't like you, basally in a nutshell. The whole team and I, were baffled. Our team was doing great! Great figures and also as a team together.
Today I would have taken this further for unfair dismissal but at the time I just left feeling confused.
I felt the company's higher ups had shown their true colours to me. Clearly this guy was a person who was used to people bowing down to him. He was clearly used to having intimidated people on minimum wage while they got next to nothing in return. I hope this person has been replaced !
L'Occitane in Nice and Dublin have very poor customer service. The L'Occitane 20% shea butter is very very hard plus the outer tube split when using the metal "easy to use" tube squeezer. In response to this had lovely first email. They sent a replacement but was alot of hassle. I wouldn't buy there again.

I had an issue with my handwash bottle (not faulty until I got involved!) which Renata, in Customer Care, sorted for me. I love L’Occitane products and my experience has really enforced why they are a great brand.

I really love L’Occitane range for product quality for shower gels, moisturisers & perfume fragrance range. My local store (Liverpool) is great, staff are friendly and helpful plus it is easy to order online any items for in store collection or home delivery.
I ordered some Winter sale items but had a problem tracking my original order. I contacted Customer Service, who were quick to respond and assist with replacement order via express delivery. Thank you Shanice for your help & assistance, great friendly customer care.

Have to say my online experience with L’occitane has been excellent. I purchased the new Nuit Festive shower oil 250ml from one of L’occitane stores in mid December. I used a small amount and realised that there was a horrible after smell on the skin after using it. Smelt like a dirty chemical smell.
I already own the almond shower oil and the Shea shower oil and never had this problem with either. I decided to reach out to L’occitane and see if they could give me any advice. Maybe there was a fault with the product? Got a response from Shanice who was informative and lovely. I was told I could send it back to them and have an exchange instead which was really kind.
Sent back the item and received an email on the 6th of January from Dona to inform me my parcel had arrived back. There was a miscommunication at first with which item I sent back as I had made an online order previously and the item I sent back was brought from the store. I explained the situation and it was quickly resolved. Was offered my exchange for the price I paid for the shower oil. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much on the website at that price. However, I was kindly offered to find an item slightly more than the price I paid to give me more options.
Have to say that Dona was a star. Really friendly and helpful. She’s sorted everything out for me and I was able to choose a decent item that I’ve always wanted to try. Also the item arrived really quickly.
I’ve been using the L’occitane over 10 years now and I have to say I love the products. Your customer service is fantastic. It’s great to know that you can approach the company about a problem and they help you rather than fight you. It means the world.
I can’t wait to try more of your products especially from the Amande range

I love the L’occitane store in the Lexicon Bracknell and today I went in for a hand massage . What a wonderful half an hour and I felt very spoilt with a drink and chocolate as well as an expertly done hand massage with such beautiful products. The staff are exceptional , friendly and so knowledgable and able to give advice. There’s no hard sell pressure which is why it’s a lovely experience going in there. I use so many of their body products as they suit my skin, smell gorgeous and are hydrating . I look forward to my next visit ! Thankyou to the lovely staff.

Queja...El personal de Loccitane Centro Comercial Arkadia, Medellin, son desobligantes, irrespetuosas y faltas de empatia.
Juzgan a los clientes por su aspecto..
Hoy visité la tienda y aparte que se siente uno acosado para comprar, una de ellas me envió a ir a otro almacen a buscar los regalos, si no estaba segura, me empacaron de mala forma.
Cuando decidi lo que iba a llevar, se miraron la una a la otra, puesto que pensaron que no iba a comprar.
Solicite que iba a usar el descuento de cumpleaños de acuerdo a los mensajes que me habían llegado al celular.. La niña de forma despectiva, me dijo que si no llevaba de una vez todos los productos, no me cubría el descuento (lo cual es cierto).
Lo que critico es la forma, la actitud tan insolente..
Lo peor es que una vez me despacharon, les reclamé y nunca se excusarme o dieron ninguna explicación. Por si ellas afirman que se disculparon o explicaron.. jamás lo hicieron, se quedaron en silencio. (Tengo la grabacion)
No es la primera vez que le sucede a mi familia allí..
Prefiere uno ir a Santa Fe, Oviedo o Tesoro.

Packing arrived very crushed and was disappointed as it is for a Christmas gift , they had tried to squeeze too much product into a small box. However, on contacting Customer service, I am so impressed at the speed and quality of their reply and their response. It has made my experience with L’Occitane one of pleasure again. Well done to my customer service advisor, Musfika who did a wonderful job in restoring my confidence in this brand.
