I ordered a power bank from Lofree and I never received the order. Emailed customer service 3 times and messaged them on instagram few more times. Will have to dispute this payment with my bank now to get my money back.

Still waiting for my order, they keep telling me it’s coming, after paying US$45 for express shipping and nearly a month later and after many enquires for a valid tracking number ( they sent me one that’s not valid) 2 weeks later they send me another email stating I live in rural area and they want another $50 towards postage. I’ve told them no either post it or refund my money in full. Never Again! Buyers Beware!

Maybe the products are good, but unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my order. The customer service is worsted I have ever experienced and the shipment is the longest one I have ever seen in my life. Shame on you!

I bought my husband a low profile mechanical keyboard and keycaps set. It came directly from China so I knew it would take a while. It took about a month.

The keyboard was amazing. Really good quality, my husband is very happy with it. The only thing that would have made this 5 stars is better communication with customer service and better shipping info.

I had to get the shop app and then navigate to the courier's tracking to get updates on the whereabouts. Once I was able to find this, I was able to find frequent and accurate updates. The shipping info did not update on the lofree website. I also found that customer service was slow to respond to my email, although they did respond.

I would recommend and I would purchase from this website agan, however I understand that there is a risk that the item gets lost due to coming from China and that customer service wasn't great

I have ordered a keyboard two weeks ago. I did not have any news from Lofree as to where the keyboard was until a couple of days ago after I emailed them twice.
Their answer was the link to a website and a reference. The said website indicate that after two weeks the keyboard hasn't left China (I live in UK).
This level of logistics is middle age at best. And their customer service does not exist. Had I ordered on Amazon, I would have had any keyboard on the next day.
Avoid this firm unless you live next door to their factory, maybe, maybe, you will be delivered in a decent delay otherwise avoid and use Amazon.

Update : had an email from the customer service saying that my keyboard is expected to be delivered on the 23 rd of October. A MONTH !!!! a full MONTH to deliver a keyboard. They shamelessly blame the fact that there were holidays in China. I ordered my keyboard at least a week before said holidays. Total clown behaviour.

You pay $30+ for shipping but it takes almost a month to arrive (because they ship it via a cargo ship from China). Just one word ford this company; Terrible.

Je n’ai jamais reçu mon produit, (une souris « touch »). Après plusieurs mois, le service client n’a pas réglé mon problème, Il se renvoie la faute entre lofree et le service de livraison. En attendant, moi (le client) n’ai toujours pas mon produit.
Pire expérience, 90€ dans le vent!!!

I was waiting for my keyboard over 3 month, and i dunno how much more will i wait if i didnt spam to support for each step
1. They didnt have it in stock (then why its on your website available in stock?)
2. They forced me to pay extra 50$ for shipping (while website says its free shipping to my country)
But i was on my way to tell them to still ship it to me with no additional charges)
3. It was already on Meest service but nothing happens for 1 week, as i understand they didnt add some data so Meest can ship it already)
4. Additional 2 weeks to ship to me already

5. Very bad quality of usb wire, i wish it be nylon, but not that rubbish stock china wire for 2$ packages.

Mouse arrived on time with express delivery, quality is good!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a keyboard over three weeks ago, and it’s still not here. It was supposed to be delivered over two weeks ago.

This experience has really put me off. I hope they get their delivery and customer service sorted out, based on the other reviews here seems unlikely.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
I purchased the retro keycaps for my Lofree Flow keyboard recently, the colours displayed in their advertisements is completely different from the colour that I received. I left a review on their website, with images attached and within a minute of being posted, Lofree removed the review. Their customer service is shocking when they do decide to return your several emails and their shipping is atrocious. I had to contact them for tracking information after 10 days with no update and it took them 3 days to tell me that one item had already shipped and the other was out of stock. I would return the keycaps for a refund but they make you pay for return delivery to China. Disgusting company and I will never use their products again.

Overpriced Flow keyboard plagued with known Bluetooth issues that cannot connect to M2 MacBook. For $100 USD keyboard you would expect shipping to be relatively quick and free but they really took their sweet time to ship the item out.
7 days for tracking to appear is a lame excuse. 20days to arrive.
Don’t bother.

I ordered the Tofu100, but instead they sent me the Tofu68. I tried to contact them for a week and sent them 3 emails to get advice on the return process. However, I received zero response from them. They are simply ignoring any contact attempt.

Update: I haven’t received any response so far. It looks like I’m stuck with the wrong product. This has been a complete waste of money.

The keyboard itself has a premium feel to it. However, the bottom left and top right corners are a different height, which causes the keyboard to wobble. This is extremely evident when typing and adds a major annoyance that really hinders the typing experience. I expect to have a solid typing experience, especially since this is what this keyboard is marketed as.

Maybe mine was a dud so I reached out to and was extremely patient with customer support. I gave them ample time to reply and to come up with a resolution, as I believe that this should be either covered by the warranty, an exchange, or some sort of agreeable resolution. I had to keep following up to their very limited communication and days turned into weeks and turned into over a month.

I was hoping to be fair with giving them a chance and to and avoid leaving such a negative review. After another week of my attempts to follow up on the situation and much dissatisfaction from their lack of support, resolution, and communication, I decided to leave honest feedback about my frustration and dissatisfied experience.

I reached out to Lofree to ask if they sold keyboards with Nordic keycaps, and it took them 23 days just to answer that simple question. While I appreciate getting the information I needed, the long wait was quite disappointing. Quick customer service is crucial these days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from fast

Had to cancel my order, only because I found another reseller, and they refunded my order in full within 24 hours

I ordered lofree flow last April 10 I did get a reply after i followed up, but they kept on replying this:We apologize for contacting you so late. Your order shows Payment High Risk did not ship successfully.

Please provide a screenshot of your payment payment and confirm that you can receive the item at the following address, thank you

Why can't they check their own database and provide a firm answer.

Would not recommend purchasing from Lofree. I reached out to their support team in regards to an order I had placed and it has been several days and I still have not heard a response. Very poor customer service.

I got mine today and i am impressed i was a bit unsure if it was really going to come as it has taken some time ordered 28/12/23 received 18/3/24 not really that long but being that I read the reviews on here I started to get concerned but really love the keyboard mouse and the calculator and keypad. it is a different typing experience so is going to take timeto get used to but love it so far. The product quality is fantastic as well the feel of the keys is fantastic I got the DOT keyboard and it is great.

My suspicions about this company started when I had a delayed delivery...Nobody to contact about shipping. Nobody responds on chat, no email provided..I had no idea it was shipping from China as it appears to be charged in $. Had I known in advance, I would have never purchased from them...Now reading all other similar reviews, I am really hoping it will eventually come and won't be scammed....
