I ordered my keyboard on 27/02 and arrived on 15/03 so I am only deducting the one star because the shipping wasn't cheap but still took well over 2 weeks.
The keyboard and mouse themselves are really good quality and easy to do Bluetooth pairing. I am not sure how the battery life is as I haven't had them long but I would say if you want a budget mechanical keyboard and aren't worried about waiting a little bit then this is probably a strong choice.

I bought a Lofree Num Pad & Calculator. After I got it, I checked the website and saw a firmware (v1.00.54.00) was available. I followed the instructions to flash it and it bricked my device. Emailed their support team and instead of helping me, they just deleted that web page. They said they "don't provide firmware" even though they obviously DID, so they won't give me the previous firmware file to fix my device. For reference, you can still see their former Downloads page if you search for it on Archive.org (actually, it's still indexed as the top result in Google search under "Lofree firmware" too).

Had the same issue as the previous reviewer. I, too, bought it seeing the standard shipping, however, it took 3 weeks to get it. Need to return it because missed the date I need it as gift. Now, they want me to ship it to China and I need to pay for the shipping!! It was never mentioned it was shipped from outside the U.S. when ordering. Plus, the packages I got have a ship from address in Illinois. I would suggest anyone never buy from them unless you are sure you don't need to return and can wait for the long delivery.

Manipulative Seller - borderline scam. Bought a keyboard as a gift and saw it was shipping as "standard shipping" but nothing told me upon purchasing it that it was "international standard shipping" from China. So item arrived too late. I tried to get a return/refund due to lack of shipping information and false pretenses. Seller refused because they had their shipping policy listed on a seperate page from the shop pages under a Support Tab where no new buyers would be looking. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I supported lofree on Kickstarter. I never received my digtal number pad. Look on kickstarter. There are a lot of other affected people

Bought it for my girlfriend, I must admit the design is really beautiful (above all the backlight illumination in the dark). We took the mid-summer version. The overall typing feels good, I can see myself working every day with it.

The product designs are phenomenal! I have their dot mechanical keyboard and the typing is real nice.

First of all it is a real mechanical keyboard: It has Gateron Blue switches, which is a little different compared to Cherry MX blue switches, but you will adjust in a day or so.

Bluetooth connectivity is real sturdy and you could connect up to 3 devices at the same time, windows/mac/android/ios have all supported.

I do not like cheesy RGB lightning, so the keyboard backlight here is real good.

Cons: it has micro USB and USB Type-C and key caps are harder to see without backlight, so you need them on all the time!

Looking forward to their other items, hope they will extend the collection.

Terrible company. They stole my money! I worked hard for their referral program and never gave me the incentive as promised in the Terms and Condition. Next week I am going to visit their Offices in China to have my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Not shipped, the contact is sporadic and now they only have a colour I didn't want. I have asked for a refund and nothing has happened. It seems to be a scam.

I purchased a Lofree keyboard on their Indiegogo campaign.

They took very long to ship the keyboard, and finally when they did, they decided to charge me an extra 100% of the total price, because of extra shipping costs.
I refused the item, so the courier sent it back to them.

Since then, they claim that they cannot process the refund, and they have kept my money and my keyboard.

Also, they never reply your mails. And there is no way to contact them over the phone.
Looks like another ghost company!

Really, a SCAM!
