Outstanding service

Outstanding service! Our office have gone through quite a few coffee machines and suppliers over the years but Logic Vending really took their time listening to our requirements and presented us with comprehensive solutions that everyone in the office are happy with. Will be looking at getting another coffee machines from you when we open up our new office in a few months time.

Terrible after sales service

We only buy ingredients. Service ok. Will NEVER buy equipment again. Complained about our machine asked for quote on brand new machine 3 months ago!!

Great at selling you a coffee machine.

Great at selling you a coffee machine.
Then they run for the hills.
poor commication.
no return e mails.
Tech that installed machine was a great guy but poor instruction on how to use the machine .
Machine broke after 2 days.

Dear Paul,

You have already been speaking to your account manager and our MD about this and I can see the issue was resolved yesterday.

Your machine was installed on a Friday and unfortunately the drinks were not set hot enough and the temperature probe needed some adjustment. You left us this review on the Sunday following the install and called the fault in on the Monday morning.

Our engineer was on-site within less than 24 hours of the fault being reported and the issue has been resolved.

Please do contact us again if the issue is not resolved but as far as we are aware the machine is now making the drinks at the correct temperature.

Amazing efficient and personal service

Steve.B was amazing and sorted out our machine really quickly and efficiently. He kept us in the loop through the whole process and answered emails really quickly. He also upgraded our delivery so we received it earlier than we thought. I would definitely recommend.

Highly Recommend

I couldn’t fault anything to do with my experience with Logic Vending. Steve Banting was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and very responsive to emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for helping me get my tea room business ready for serving excellent coffee quickly and easily.

Communicating was good enough, understanding our needs wasnt,
Installation was long and lengthy,
delivery of coffee was super fast.

We used Logic to supply our coffee…

We used Logic to supply our coffee machines and consumables in both of our offices. The installation was professional and efficient, and the technician that did our install was super helpful.
Any user queries I had with our machine were answered easily by the service department without over-complicating it.
Consumables are easy to order and delivered quickly. The whole service has been great.
