Easy to book and great value. Clear and competitive prices listed on website, easy to book an appointment and safe and efficient environment for the test. Used them a couple of times and its always quick and easy.

Efficient, friendly service at a reasonable price

Very expensive. Enquired at the manor chemist and the same test would have cost £80.00. They charged £130.00 R.I.P. off!

I would like to recommend this center for PCR testing. They are professional in taking the samples, efficient and can accept walk-in people. Furthermore, when not busy, results of PCR test can be sent earlier; so it is quite convenient especially for fit-to-fly tests.

The worst service ever I had.
We entered to the ‘store’ and only 3 out of 6 people worked there had face mask on which was very questionable as there was no windows open and current situation.
We did our Day 2 PCR test on 28/12/2021 at 10am. After 48 hours no result then keep calling and emails which had to self isolate another 27 hours due to delay from them.
Don’t book and PCR Test with this company!
Also Very poor customer service, as when I received my result, there was no update on my partner’s result while we did the same time! After calling they said no result until 6-7 pm, after insisting they said your result will be available is 5 mins!!!!

Booked 3 rapid antigens before travelling. Quick, easy, well priced, results in a couple hours, parking at the Tesco Extra available. Highly recommend these guys

My daughter arrived at Heathrow on Christmas Eve, had the 2 Day test at Ruislip around 2pm. It took less than 5 minutes, no queue. I paid for the 48 hour result, but wondered if it would be longer over Christmas because of bank holidays. We just received the negative result, 9am Christmas Day, only 19 hours after the test. Great service!
For people driving, you can drop off outside the test centre but you need to park elsewhere. There are a few parking spots outside the Dreams bed shop round the corner, or the Tesco a couple of doors along has a small car park at the back.

I ordered my “on or before day 2” PCR tests on the 9th December for my return to the UK on the 17th December. They didn’t arrive till day 6 22nd December. Totally unacceptable service and still no offer of a refund.
