It is very important when you fly and when you order the test and everything will be great. Everything was on time!

Very frustrating experience
We ordered the Day2 and Day 8 test kits on the 28th of May. We had to call on 01.06.2021 and ask for the kits and after our call they were sent to us. The kits arrived on the 02.06.2021, my day 3 from my arrival. Then we had to chase the result for day 2 as NHS started asking why I have not done the day 2 test. After 3 calls at last I got the result today 06.06.21. I dread to think what I have to do to get my day 8 result. Poor service!

Ended up needing last minute test. They were quick to accommodate me, very friendly and quick and results came back quickly as well. Would absolutely recommend!

I found my experience an extremely frustrating one.

Firstly I never received an invoice for my day five Test to Release kit, just an auto generated confirmation that included no reference number or instructions.

The test kit itself had no instructions or guidance. It was for postage via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - yet you cannot actually track the delivery as Royal Mail do not allow COVID tests to be sent via this service.

I called three times trying to get a VAT invoice. My day five fell on the Saturday so I required my results on Monday as I had a medical appointment the following day. I paid for results within 24 hours. I did not get them. I called before 6pm and was told "within 48 hours". When I explained I had paid for a faster service the man on the phone disappeared for a lengthy period of time and said I would receive the result after 6pm that evening (he also said I would finally get the VAT invoice).

I finally receive my result shortly before 8am the following morning. Luckily I had not cancelled my appointment.

As I write this review I am once again on hold as I try to get someone to finally send me a VAT invoice. I fear this is in vain but I will keep trying.

Edit: the response from the London Corona Test Centre addresses only the invoice rather than the lack of instructions in the kit or the slow service. As of such I cannot recommend their services.
