Punctual, efficient service

I did the allergy test in Apr 2023 and found it to be a complete waste of time and money. Of the 295 items tested, there were 2 that I empirically already knew I was allergic to but the report came back with no allergies to anything.

Avoid at all costs, It’s the third pharmacy that refuses to perform the blood test that I booked for. Outrageous, unprofessional and dissapointing

On the 03/04/23 I paid £95.00 for a fit to fly certificate - PCR test to be sent back by 23.00 following day 04/04/2023. The chemist I used confirmed the incorrect email was used; no dot placed between co and uk.
Very basic checking required.
I had to proceed to the airport on the 05/04/2023 without the result. En-route I had to phone the chemist they forwarded the result.
I was given an apology and advised the incident would be taken onboard for training purposes. Pretty poor service recovery given that the service paid for was not actually provided. I wouldn't recommend or use again

It is just past midnight 00:05 (23/03) ...

I have booked covid PCR test for same day result and travel certificate with on-site testing in Guildford. The staff was slightly late, and I discovered that my information was not correct. The test itself was very quick. However the promised same day result via email has not arrived. It's nearly midnight, and my flight is in several hours... Tried to contact the test center, but no response. I don't know what to do...

It is 4:00am (23/03), still no email at all...

Fouzia at Guildford office kindly responded to me at 4:30 am, and helped me to send an urgent email to Head Office. No response yet ... and my flight is due to take off in several hours

It is 7:30am (23/03), finally got an email through, saying that "It seems there was a mistake in your email."?! After putting my order, I got a confirmation to the email address I have provided; and now you are telling me "it seems there was a mistake in your email"?!

On time, on price.

Absolutely 5*. I went for a blood test for cholesterol today, I was in and out within 5 minutes. The blood draw was painless, the staff were friendly and courteous and I had my results by 8pm that day.

I received a very prompt, clear, polite and full reply to a couple of issues I had raised via email after booking a medical test. How I wish that the businesses who send stock replies or none at all could understand how much difference it makes to anxious customers to feel they are dealing with a real person who takes the trouble to focus on and address their problems. London Medical Laboratory certainly does.

Exceptional service and staff. I received the result in a very good time to catch my flight.

I went for a lunchtime pre-booked antigen test at the Kings Cross clinic. We weren't sent the results until the following day, and only because we chased for them.

Three days later you sent me texts saying that a driver was on their way to me for another antigen test, even though we hadn't booked one. The texts were meant for someone else. We had to notify you when another text came in and I could see on the tracking link that the driver was nowhere near me and heading further away, to whoever should have been receiving the texts. This isn't the first time I have had this experience with your company either.

No waiting about, test done and certificate issued on line while I waited
The requirement for a passport number wasn’t made absolutely clear as only photo I/d was requested, but this was not an issue for me

We were given an appointment on a day the clinic was not usually open so that we could meet our obligations for a test before a cruise. We received a confirmation and reminder emails/text messages and the results were received within 20 minutes by email. A very efficient service.

A real find! The staff are marvelous -- professional, knowledgeable and very amiable. Got our FitToFly Covid certificates quickly. Our brief wait allowed us to do some shopping through the pharmacy's terrific mix of unusual, fine beauty and health products. Planning to return here just to shop!
