Can't recommend these guys enough. Extremely professional, diligent, and all genuinely very nice. They did 8 windows in 3 days and left the place tidier then it was before they got there. They were also by far the best value we could find on the market. We will be using them for any future window refubs/repairs/glazing :-)

A super professional and friendly bunch, they got through the work really efficiently and we are really happy with the end result. London Sash Window Repairs were professional and very communicative. The pricing was super reasonable. We went for their draught and double-glazing overhaul service for bay windows. Could not be happier with the service and outcome. On the day the workmen arrived punctually and completed the work very efficiently and I'm extremely happy with the windows now.

What stood out to me was the aftercare in that they were also very responsive and willing help answer questions, even return to check on things where needed. Brian and the team were great to deal with and very professional throughout. They provided me swiftly with reasonable quotes and expert advice. I was unable to go through with the work in the end but they were very decent and refunded me my deposit. Would definitely recommend.

Half the quote for replacing the windows and yet so much nicer retaining their character and also retaining the great quality timber that old windows often have. Highly recommend.

I was delighted with the service that I received and very highly recommend London Sash Window Repairs. One of the sash windows in my flat in Primrose Hill, London needed repairing. James came over arriving exactly on time to the minute, and took it out, repaired it, and re-fitted it single-handed within the space of around 3.5hrs. He was polite, professional, likable, meticulously tidy, and made the whole thing effortless. It was a big relief as I had delayed doing this for some time as had been worried about the mess, dust and disruption. All the major carpentry was done in his van rather than in my flat so there was likely no dust at all. In the end it was clear I had nothing to worry about! I had also through that I wouldn’t need to redecorate the window, but by the time James had finished you would never have known that it had been repaired. A great service and also reasonable priced. A big thank you from me. James is a superstar!

LSWR repaired my sash windows and upgraded them with double-glazing. From initial enquiry to final installation the whole team were clear, helpful and friendly. The installation itself was super efficient, well-managed and even finished a day early.

I was despondent and desperate to resolve my sash window problems but being thwarted at every turn because Wandsworth Council rules insisted on applying for full planning permission to replace the windows in this conservation area, even with like for like. A kind acquaintance discovered London Sash Window Repairs when she realised I was about to tear my hair out! I was very nervous about whether this would just look like a patching up job at a relatively high price, which I might regret. Having gone ahead I am thrilled with the results and highly impressed with the quality and level of attention to detail. The young team could not have been better and did an impressively professional job. They were extremely pleasant, helpful and had a refreshing and reassuring "can do, don't worry" attitude especially in the face of a few unforeseen challenges. It was also good to experience their team spirit. I cannot praise them, Brian and Natalie enough for saving my sanity as well as a brilliant job.

The skilled professional Team attended early and promptly got to work as they had a lot of major surgery to do on my poor windows. They parked up and set up their onsite workshop real neat. They worked non stop and replaced all the perished frames, middle, top and bottom rails, did full refurb and upgraded with draughtproofing etc on my 127 year old sash windows and then they painted them with first coat I am very happy just to look at the windows all day long now its like I have a new house.

London Sash Windows did a great job repairing the sill and frame of our sash windows. The frames had suffered from sun and water damage over years and now the entire window looks brand new. They were punctual, helpful, efficient and clean and we would definitely recommend them.

The job was done thoroughly and to a good standard. The team of six travel with a portable workshop enabling extensive repairs to a french window and a sash window to be carried out on location. This resulted in the provision of a virtually new frame at less than half the cost of a new one.
The team were polite, friendly and efficient.
The work was completed on the day for which it was booked.
A survey was carried out prior to a quotation being given the work and the billing arrangements were prompt and efficient.
I would recommend this company for the type of work in which they specialise.

I have just had all of my 14 windows in my flat refurbished, double glazed and draft proofed and the team were so efficient they completed it in 3 days rather than 4. They were all so polite and Dan took time to explain everything as they went along. Each day everything was left very clean and tidy and they went above and beyond to ensure all the windows were in good working order (even the ones that had not opened previously). Yes, there was a wait for the work done but they gave the dates and kept to them. I would highly recommend them!
