products are fine but after i found out they tested on animals they should rather change that immediately or end this business chain. End animal cruelty would you really want to be responsible for an animal being in such pain just you you can have makeup which isn’t even that special just order somewhere animal cruelty FREE

Had an unfortunate experience with the rosy glow moisturiser. Purchased 14/4/26 for £19.99 had pretty good reviews for mature skin. Supposedly make your skin look healthy. Within 5 minutes of application skin began to burn. I do not have sensitive skin so obviously the additives in the cream were too harsh. Removed cream straight away. What a waste of £19.99. I had to review I would not like to think other people will go through the same experience!

I specifically want to talk about their new Extensionist Mascara. This is by far the best mascara I have ever found. I barely have any lashes but with this mascara I feel like I have extra long, full lashes. This is the first mascara I have tried that actually makes my bottom lashes stand out. It goes on and stays on and doesn't go under my eye like other mascaras I have tried. I give this one a 5 out of 5 stars.

Glass moisturiser
Dreadful, watery, drippy and absolutely no Glass skin. I bought it from boots , so the real deal. Dreadful product, runny & no Glass affect. Trust me, don't waist your dosh.

I’ve been buying the Max Factor Cream to Liquid Foundation since it first came out and have always loved the product itself. Unfortunately, my recent purchase from Superdrug has really let it down.

The packaging is incredibly difficult to open. It took me around 15 minutes just to remove the security sticker, which is far tougher than it needs to be. I have what is called “Viking’s disease” not as cool as it sounds (Dupuytren’s), so anything that requires a lot of grip or force is already a challenge.

After finally getting through the outer seal, I then found the base (where the sponge is stored) was also sealed shut. Trying to carefully cut through that ended up with me stabbing my thumb. Not ideal when you’re just trying to put your face on after a long morning studying.

The product itself is still greatbut the packaging is completely impractical and not very accessible. It feels overdone to the point where it becomes frustrating and, in this case, unsafe.

I’d really like to see this reconsidered, because the foundation deserves better packaging than this

Faccio uso ormai da anni delle creme e sieri viso L'oreal e li trovo tutti eccellenti con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e perfetti per la mia pelle matura e molto secca ho acquistato il nuovo fluido glass skin ma purtroppo sono rimasta delusa perché una volta assorbito la pelle rimane grassa e appiccicosa lo sto usando come base sotto il trucco a mio avviso andrebbe modificato e alleggerito per renderlo meno appiccicoso

Terrible Customer Service and online experience - Kiehls Products.
I was recommended men’s products with their online skin analysis, tried to cancel order very next day. Two months went by with many phone calls and emails. I was eventually refunded the correct amount in three part payments. I reported it to my bank, Ombudsman and Consumer Affairs Victoria. Will never deal with them again - Sadly I loved Kiehls products and have been a customer for over ten years!

I have written TWICE to them, no response!
I used 9.13 age perfect light ivory blond. Recently I could not find it in London or on line. I have seen at "Savers " the same face box Age perfect by excellence no 8.13, I bought it thinking that is similar!
Now I have seondd worries, as I am afraid not to be FAKE and a dangerous product to use. Plese let me know ASAP.

Je suis déçue pas pour mes produits parce que j'ai l'habitude de les utiliser.
C'est la première fois que je commande en ligne chez L'Oréal et il est précisé sur la documentation qui était jointe qu'ils y avaient des échantillons en précisant que j'allais découvrir leur nouveautés eh bien !
Pas d'échantillons.
Je voulais précisé aussi que le numéro commençant par 0972 etc a évité on m'a raccroché 3 fois après avoir dit bonjour et première explication j'ai réussi à avoir un autre numéro commençant par 03 et là aucun problème.
D'habitude j'achète ce mascara dans les magasins mais je ne me déplace plus comme avant.

Ich hatte eine kompetente Produktberaterin am Telefon. Leider konnte ich im Anschluss keine Bewertung hinterlassen (Technik?…..). Also an dieser Stelle: vielen Dank bzgl. eines MakeUp (getöntes Serum True Match)!

Haarverf gekocht ( voor het eerst van dit merk) kleur licht blond. Mijn haar is tot grote schrik, midden/ donkerblond geworden ( uitgroei behandeling waardoor nu lichtblond in de rest van mijn lange haar).
Gebeld met klantenservice. Kreeg antwoord waar ik niks mee kon. Mail gestuurd op hun verzoek, ook niks.
Kunnen toch minimaal een andere kleuring opsturen zodat ik het kan oververven ipv onnozele langdurige wasinstructies geven.
Ga weer gewoon over op Etos eigen merk!!

Even though I have a complaint I am giving a 5-star rating because I have always found L'Oreal products to be excellent and to improve over time. But this product is a fail. The L'Oreal Magic Root Cover-up. The light blonde version is bright yellow and appearance is chalky. It's truly awful and can't imagine anyone using it.

I've always used Loreal hair care products and have always been satisfied. I recently colored my hair with superior color Dark Brown #4 and simply love it

Hi, I received a sample of the L’ORÉAL Revitalift Triple Power Anti-Aging Moisturizer. Let me just say, I am 65 years old and believe it or not I really never used a name brand moisturizer before. I have always used Walmart GV Moisturizer. Anyway I received the L’ORÉAL Moisturizer and I tried it tonight after washing my face and it really felt non-greasy and did not feel like it was weighing down my face. I really like it! So it’s time for me to buy some more moisturizer and I will be purchasing the Revitalift Moisturizer. Run out and purchase some. I promise you will absolutely just love it. PS, Walmart has it on sale right now for $20.44

Also, they say, there is No amonia in it…m there is . After a good wash, 3 times…, your hair will still smell of the colour while you sleeping.
