Es geht um das: Fit Me Liquid Make‑Up Foundation in der Nuance 125 Nude Beige
Hier wurde die Formulierung geändert. Ohne Hinweis, ohne Kennzeichnung.

Ich verwende dieses Make up schon einige Jahre und kaufe es im Angebot natürlich gleich 2 oder 3 mal.
Jetzt musste ich es "neu" kaufen und habe beim Auftragen sofort festgestellt, dass es anders riecht. Richtig unangenehm, erst wie alte Faschingsschminke, dann irgendwie nach Parfum. Tagsüber kommt einem immer diese unangenehme Geruch in die Nase.
Auch lässt es sich anders verteilen. Ist viel öliger, glänzt mehr.
Und nicht nur das. Auch die Farbe (!), die ja eigentlich gleich bleiben sollte, ist viel heller als bisher.

Ich habe nach der zweiten Anwendung auch ein Ekzem auf den Augenlidern bekommen und mich an Maybelline gewandt.
Hier wurde zwar genau nachgefragt, wie das Ekzem zustande kam, wie schlimm, was ich dagegen unternehme usw.
Aber eine Entschädigung / Gutschrift für das Make up, welches ich in die Tonne werfen kann, kam nicht.
Noch dazu musste ich deshalb auch zum Arzt, da keine teuren Cremes (die ich zusätzlich kaufen musste) gegen den Ausschlag halfen.
Dies interessierte nicht wirklich.
Nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung.
Nur die Aussage "die Formulierung wurde aber schon ca. vor einem Jahr geändert".

Von so einem großen Konzern hätte ich wenigstens etwas Entgegenkommen erwartet.

Einen Pluspunkt gibt es:
Jetzt nutze ich eine sensitive Naturkosmetik Foundation, welche nicht nur günstiger ist, sondern auch noch besser aussieht.
Es lohnt sich also zu wechseln. Vor allem zu Produkten, die so viel besser sind für unsere Haut.

Worst waterproof mascara I've ever encountered!
Firstly it's not waterproof
While applying is easy if you blink within 10 minutes after application then you will have blobs upper eye and underneath!
If your eyes water at any point throughout the day you will have mascara streaks down your face !
I purchased for myself and my daughter after reading ratings and reviews of this product...I seriously now doubt the validity of those reviews because everything claimed is absolutely false .
My daughter has expressed the excat same findings as I have . ..but we obviously weren't "paid " for airing our opinion!
Seriously to all the population who use mascara do not purchase this particular mascara its absolutely atrocious! There are much better waterproof mascaras available for same price ! That are actually waterproof that don't glue your lashes together that don't streak down your face throughout the day !

I bought a lip liner and I'm Canadian dollar it was on sale for $18 plus tax. After getting home, and looking at what you get with the packaging it's not worth the price. It's a shame. I wish it would let me post a picture of it. it's a disgrace. Taking advantage of a consumer.

Echt compliment voor hoe ze zijn ingegaan op mijn klacht, het hele mailverkeer erna en nu het pakketje met een nieuw exemplaar van de lipstick en nog een kadootje erbij als goedmakertje! Met dan ook nog een persoonlijk handgeschreven kaartje erbij on het pakketje!

I love the fit me foundation, it blends well, not heavy covers enough, it's very light you feel very flawless and it's long lasting, saves the whole day.

Surprise! There's no applicators in any eye shadow containers now. They never told anyone. You can't put exact eyeshadow on your eyes with your fingers, it's not face cream. They obviously could care less about their consumers. Protect those corporate profits! I'm done with maybelline.

The requirement for a detailed proof of purchase and the suggestion to return it to the retailer, even without a receipt, felt more like deflecting responsibility than offering genuine support. For a trusted brand, this level of after-sales care is disappointing.

There also seems to be a lack of clear communication regarding product changes, like applicators being omitted from compacts without any indication on the packaging. This feels like a cost-cutting measure that undermines customer trust and convenience.

I continue to use several Maybelline staples that perform well, but my confidence has been shaken. I now hesitate before trying new items from their line. They offer good value when you get a "good" batch, but the risk of getting a dud or facing poor service makes the experience hit-or-miss.

Me refriero a un lapiz carmín de la marca Maybelline que había comprado en la Perfumería Prieto en Mislata. El envase era rosa angulada con la palabra balsam. Precio 5,??€. Sí, barato pero no se espera que el sabor podría ser tan asqueroso y insoportable (como ponerse petroleo crudo en las labios, o peor). 4 personas me confirmaron que ese sabor no puede ser normal. Entiendo que la tienda Prieto no da recambio por tal producto y no lo pedí, pero lo he devuelto igual dos días después a la tienda donde la dependienta insistió que el producto está bien (sin prueba), pero 5 personas siguen estando mal por este inolvidable asco. Mi consejo a clientes: probar el lapiz en los labios antes de comprarlo. De la forma cómo hacerlo higiénicamente tienen que pensar los que lo venden o los que lo usan.

I’ve been buying the falsie mascara for a long time. Recently bought one and when I tried using it a few days later it seemed very dry. I contacted Maybelline and they said take it back to the retailer. Not an option as I don’t have the receipt. Maybelline wouldn’t even offer a voucher! Very disappointed with the product and customer service.

Since when did MAYBELLINE stop including applicators in their eye shadow? This is more than a 'fluke'. I have had it!n How the heck are you supposed to apply eye shadow without the applicator? How cheap can you get? There's NO indication that it is missing. NONE. I guess it's covergirl from now on.

Déçue.. j'enchaîne les achats de chaque mascara waterproof : aucun ne l'est, ça coule a la moindre humidité de l'oeil (pas besoin de pleurer ni qu'il pleuve) et je ressemble a un panda ! Et ça pique un peu en plus.. il y a 10 ans je n'avais pas ces soucis : qu'est-ce qui a changé ?

I was looking for a concealer and bought an eraser product from Maybelline. Oh dear, bad choice. The small item was subject to more security than Fort Knox. Scratching and scraping to remove the sticky covering took up about an hour and was only partly successful. The carpet was covered in silvery flakes of sticky film. Eventually we managed to remove the top but it was impossible to actually get any product. I returned the item to Superdrug who explained that you had to click the item 37 times in order to make the thing work. No instructions and I was told not even mentioned on the website. I gathered that this is a common problem with this closely guarded waste of money product. They were happy to refund me.

Ho acquistato in Germania l'eyeliner in gel, ed è stato una grandissima delusione, non è assolutamente cremoso, risulta quasi secco, si sbriciola in piccoli grumi se cerchi di prelevarlo, non è scrivente e se passi due volte sull'occhio si cancella quello appena messo, è impossibile fare un tratto lineare e preciso, inoltre ha una durata brevissima.
Sono rimasta molto delusa, dovrò buttarlo, è inutilizzabile

I've been using the Maybelline Kajal forna few weeks now, and I'm really impressed. The color is a deep, rich black, and it glides on smoothly. Overall, a great kajal at a very reasonable price.
