The LOTE Agency レビュー

I have been working with LOTE marketing which now turned to be LOTE Agency for many years as a contract translator. It was a great pleasure working with such a friendly team providing translation and language services to multicultural cohort in Australia. Being one of the leading translation service providers, I am sure LOTE group is trying to provide the best service to all the clients. I wish LOTE Agency all the very best in their future endeavours.

I love working for The LOTE Agency because they're so friendly, professionals and meticulous.

Fast response with quote request, quick turnaround time.

Friendly, nice and very helpful staff.

It is always a pleasure to work with The LOTE Agency. I have been working with them for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. It is great to work with excellent staff who are always professional, friendly and efficient. There are never any problems with payments for assignments - these are always punctual. I can’t fault any of their processes. Keep up the excellent work!

Not enough jobs or contracts for all multicultural groups from Government through LOTE like many industries in 2020.

The instructions given for the task were clear and concise.
Response from the team was immediate.
I enjoyed working with the agency and look forward to working again.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity.

I do work with this agency as a NAATI certified translator English to Dutch, and enjoy their friendly and professional interaction.

I received much support from LOTE staff when I encountered some difficulties with the job. I like the way the job is offered, and it is easy to accept or not.

All the good about recording job except short-term notice. Hopefully, notify me at least 2 days before recording day for the good quality.

(without prejudice)

The LOTE has been in contact with me for the past around 10 years. No issue with regard to the standard of translation or of any sort has arisen so far; instead our industrial relationship has been strengthened.

Since we understand each other very well, LOTE has been flexible to grant me sufficient time apart from the prescribed timeline for me to finish the job. On the strength of the strong relationship, LOTE has on many occasion demanded me to conclude the job within a couple of days during emergency. In a situation like this I used to charge an extra fee from other agencies, but not from LOTE. Their appreciation is enough motive force for me. Specially, two ladies attached to LOTE who provide me job are very kind hearted and appreciative. I wish LOTE to capture the entire field of translation in the future and wish them every success in the industry.
