Even though lotus surveyors ltd did not offer the type of survey we required there was no hesitation by Jenny in giving us first class advice, clearly explained and advising how we could reduce the cost by obtaining the correct type of survey. I would have no hesitation in recommending there services and would definitely use there services if needed in the future.

A small independent company focused on customer service. A competitive and reasonable cost and fast service. On first contact the survey was booked in and within a week had been completed. The surveyor wrote a very comprehensive report and we felt confident that she was very well qualified and professional in her expertise. The report came with the offer to discuss with her any aspect of the survey. Since then we have had several very fast and thorough responses to our questions, with helpful advice about possible steps to take. We wholeheartedly can recommend Lotus Surveyors.

I asked Lotus surveyors to carry out a level 2 survey on a modern home which, by looking at the photos, should not have had many problems to report.
I live in the south of England and didn’t think it necessary to view the property in person but to rely on the survey.
The survey was conducted soon after my request and I received a full and understandable report promptly.
