I would highly recommend CWH Surveyors LLP. They provided excellent service, strong technical expertise, and clear documentation throughout. Victoria, the surveyor we worked with, was fantastic and highly professional. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the report was thorough and well structured.

I had a level 3 structural survey completed. The survey arrived promptly. I read the document as a whole as suggested by CWH. There were a few points that I needed clarification on. I spoke to Neil Cook, the surveyor who did the report, he was very helpful and explained the points I had concerns about.

A thorough survey backed up with a telephone conversation and a comprehensive report. Traffic light system used in the report detailing what may be required and how to progress with this.

I used CWH Surveyors recently for a house purchase following a recommendation I received from a family member. Throughout the process I found the team friendly and professional. The survey was booked in promptly and I was kept informed of timescales throughout the process.

When the report was received I feel the level of detail that Robert went into with the survey was excellent and helped highlight areas that I need to look into. As part of the sales process I had an issue crop up that required a bit of further discussion with an expert. I was able to later clarify that issue with another surveyor (as Robert was unavailable at the time). I was very impressed with the level of detail the survey provided and I feel the survey was performed at a fair price. All in all I was very happy with the service

Because of the age and size of the building we were looking to purchase, we went for a Level 3 Survey. From start to finish, the surveyor (Phillip) kept us informed of the process. Once completed, he carefully explained his findings and the potential impact on the building's structure.
I can't recommend CWH enough.
