Amazing! Great service from Michelle, Jason and Steve. We lost our parents and needed to sell house and Michelle, Jason and Steve were kind, patient and informative from the start of the process to the end. The communication was first class and Michelle was of great help with our solicitors when the process needed to move along.

Claire Smith working from the Coventry Branch is extremely rude. She was 20 mins late to a property viewing and did not apologise. You can tell she is extremely miserable and when asked questions she did not know and/or being very sarcastic/condescending.
