Haven’t yet moved in but Jayne from the sales office made the first part of our journey extremely easy, she is knowledgeable, kind and supportive - thank you! Very much looking forward to moving in to our new home.

We purchased our home on the Williams Park development in Wymondham, Norfolk, and have unfortunately experienced a large number of issues since moving in.

Today, Jordan repainted our front door pillars.
When we viewed and bought the property, they initially looked well finished, but the paint soon began to flake and black marks started showing through.

Among several other remedial works, Jordan had previously repaired a two foot square section of our ceiling which had to be cut out (after our brand new carpets in the upstairs hallway and bedroom were pulled up) because of a plumbing fault.
Jordan promised we would not see where the hole had been cut and he was true to his word.

Throughout every visit, Jordan has been a pleasure to deal with.
He clearly takes great pride in his work, pays close attention to detail, and strives to achieve the highest standard possible.
The quality of his workmanship is excellent, and he is a real credit to the company.

It is just a shame that our home was not finished to Jordan’s standard in the first place.
Had the original work been completed with the same level of care and professionalism that Jordan consistently demonstrates, many of these issues could likely have been avoided.

Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to Jordan for his hard work and commitment to delivering a quality result.

Jordan did an amazing job of repairing the staircase where setting had caused cracks.
Extra bonus for sorting the front door which was stiff to close. Polite and helpful all around!

We dealt with Jacqueline at Central Square and could not fault our experience. I felt that Jacqueline was very friendly, helpful and had great knowledge of the houses and could answer any questions we had on the spot without having to go elsewhere to find the answers. Our experience was great and believe that she wasn't only across everything to do with Lovell and the estate we were considering she was also very helpful with regards to the overall area and amenities.

Hello, I want to formally report an issue of a rude and unsatisfactory customer experience with one of your out of hour staff today 15/06/2026 at 20: 57 (She gave me her name to be Elizabeth) spoke to me very rudely and unprofessional.
She spoke to me as if she had a personal issue with me and try to control me as a kid.
I guess the call was recorded. Kindly investigate this. I will appreciate if this can be look in.

Very happy so far with communication from sales manager and sales team. Very responsive and helpful supporting us in our quest to move forward in achieving our goal . Have kept us informed at all stages of process so far and are readily available when we have questions or queries

Lisa was very responsive to our work order and stayed on point to make sure that it happened. The tech that came to do the work(Rob) was nothing short of amazing. He showed up early and worked until the job was completed. It wasn't an easy task but he put his head down and fixed the problem very nicely. He was professional and friendly while he was getting the job done. He's a very hard and knowledgeable worker. I appreciate everything he accomplished and his dedication to his craft.

We are only at the very start of our journey but so far it has been amazing! Chloe is excellent at replying within minutes, usually seconds! She has great relationships with the site workers and solicitors and appears to go above and beyond to make things as smooth as possible for her clients. The site is clean and all staff are friendly.

Sam Gittner, the site manager was so helpful prior to and during the home demonstration. His knowledgeable and friendly approach was reassuring whilst familiarising myself with the property and equipment. It really made a difference and I’m very grateful. Thank you.

Mortgage process was so smooth and sales executive Juanita and site manager Paul were so helpful and informative.

If I really be honest, there were few points that I'm not happy with the house.

No mirror in the second bathroom next to the plug base, none of the toilets have been fitted with the toilet roll holder, kitchen basin bit of small etc.

However, overall I'm happy with the house and recamend the LOVELL Home.

It was nice experience with Anne and Andrene. They explained well the process and was really comfortable to talk.

Sales Manager, Darran is very patient, informative and took time to tour around the area which is very helpful to a foreigner. The show apartment together with its internal decor seems appealing. Overall it was a good experience.

We purchase house with this company in Burton on trent and at the moment we can say is everything really professional. We dealing with guy call Chris and he is so professional, understanding and willing to help you with everything, really lovely person and 100percent review for him. Chloe, She is very helpfull friendly and informative.
Great at her job, no ask is to small for her.
It is a pleasure to go and see her, always smiling and engaging with us, we have viewed the house with her and she has shown us carpets hard flooring and window dressings. including all the plans inside and outside the house. She is an asset to your company.

Visited the Hopton development with my partner, would love to live there, lots of help from the site person Deborah, who was very patient in explaining the process to us even though we’re not in a position to buy yet. Great houses !

Jacqueline at Central Square was extremely friendly and explained all the key details well to put me in the best possible place to make a decision on the plot. After deciding to proceed the whole process was made simple as it could be which was welcome as a busy professional.

I recently purchased a new home at Royal Victoria Court for the Detached 4 Bed room house and have had a very positive experience with Lovell Homes. From the initial viewing through to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and helpful at every stage.
The sales staff were knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process, making what can often be a stressful experience much easier to manage. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, and communication was clear and transparent.
The quality of the new home is excellent, with a modern design, good specification, and attention to detail. The development itself is well planned, in a convenient location, and provides a pleasant environment for residents.
I would particularly like to thank the sales(Luca and team) and site teams for their support, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Lovell Homes to anyone considering a new-build property.

From start to finish, Kinsted/Lovell have been exceptional. They are efficient, informative, and friendly, always willing to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was amazed when they knocked on my door on the day I moved in to ensure everything was alright. I can't praise them enough, truly outstanding!

Save yourself the stress — do NOT purchase flooring through Lovell when buying your home.

It may seem convenient, but it’s far from worth it. We’ve experienced endless issues, including repeated repairs and re-installations, and the problems still aren’t resolved. It’s been incredibly frustrating and has completely overshadowed what should have been an exciting experience.

We are now taking the matter to the Ombudsman.

Learn from our mistake — go elsewhere for your flooring. It will be cheaper, smoother, and far less stressful.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

So far, my experience with Lovell has been excellent!

Vicki and Jayne, who are looking after the Laurel Gate development, have been open, honest, and incredibly quick to respond to any queries.

It’s really reassuring to know you can ask any question, even the difficult ones, and have them answered honestly and professionally. Their support and communication throughout have been fantastic.
