Communication with this company is nonexistent. I have both emailed and messaged them via their WhatsApp business account about selling some preloved items and I have heard nothing back. The email was 3 months ago and the message was a week ago. I am really disappointed.

I wouldn't waste your time taking photos of your items to send over for a quote.
They say that they will get back to you in 2-3 business days, which is very reasonable, but now 10 days later, and a polite text to chase, I have still not even had any acknowledgement from the company.

Last year I bought quite a few cashmere scarves from Charlotte . I wear a scarf most days and most are from LoveLuxe as I like the brands but don't want to pay high prices.
I really recommend the WhatsApp groups for getting the best price fast!

Item in perfect condition and well packaged - highly recommend.

I’ve only used this site a couple of times but each time has been a pleasurable experience. Charlotte is responsive and always truthful I really enjoy the fact the clothes are often modelled in live time.

I bought my pre-loved Mullberry bag from Love Luxe a couple of years ago and it was exactly as described (and still used every day). Price was amazing (I can’t afford a brand new one)! It arrived quickly and was well packaged in its dust bag. I will continue to love it for many years to come! I’ve just won one of Love Luxe prize draws as well (delighted with my LF Beauty Egg)! I would buy loads more when I see what Charlotte posts on WA but sadly most of the items are small sizes. 10/10 for Love Luxe ⭐️ xx

Charlotte is great to deal with, postage tracked etc and all very speedy considering I live in the Canary Islands where post is at a snails pace!
