Always a pleasure dealing with LoveLuxe I have been a customer for over 4 years on and off. They are trustworthy and Charlotte is prompt and professional.

Valentino shoes sent to Love Luxe for new soles. The website doesn’t mention the 2 week turnaround but I sent a couple of WhatsApp’s to ask if I could get them back as I wanted to take the shoes on holiday. Great communication and Charlotte pulled out all the steps to get them back in time.

Last time I will ever shop at Love Luxe, having been been a customer for several orders and over a year, to say I was disappointed was an understatement. My recent experience was awful. My advice is avoid if possible and god forbid you have an issue, you’ll simply be ignored. Still waiting on PayPal to refund as I did not get any response from customer support

Reply to below- your reply is dishonest, I’m not going to go into this anymore as the reply you left is in bad taste, especially as you know exactly what happened and how I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. You never issued me anything, hence why a dispute was opened on the second item. I will send you an email today evoking my write to be forgotten and all data held permanently deleted. If this poses an issue I will report Love Luxe to the ICO for breach of my legal right under GDPR.

Charlotte Jones - you are so keen on replying back how about you do add the screenshots. As a customer I can tell you service ain’t the best, yes I didn’t leave a review on the previous purchases as I thought it was pointless. Let us bring up the order you mentioned in your reply, when you specifically say you upgraded the shipping. Why was that? Was it because PayPal put a freeze on your side due to security, known at time when people open a dispute against you as a seller.
Lastly talking of character what does your reply’s show everyone, I bought several items and have only raised the order prior to this out of all the purchases. I felt customers service you provided was poor in service, and felt justified for giving 1 star and that’s your reply. For the record I would have removed the review if I had been in receipt of an actual apology and if you hadn’t cancelled my sale because you were getting more money for the item elsewhere. Guess we all see your Character and what your customer are in for. All the best, and no thanks.

My partner has made two separate purchases from Love Luxe for myself and on both occasions we’ve been overjoyed with not only the purchased item but also the customer service. We received the items so quickly and they were in phenomenal condition. She advertises and sells the absolute best. Excellent and extremely efficient company. I sold my shoes to them and received payment immediately. Charlotte is an amazing person. I left some of my personal belongings in the shoe box that I sold to Lux Love and Charlotte very diligently sent my belongings back with immediate payment of my shoes. I might have been unlucky but I’ve had a terrible experience with this outlet.
I Paid for some shoes online and a few days went by and they didn’t show up, so I messaged Charlotte and she informed me they were out of stock ok not a problem these things happen I said, so naturally I asked for a pay pal refund she informed me it takes 5 days, the pay pal refund wasn’t processed and I had to open a pay pal case last week not really the level of customer service you expect with the sort of high quality items this shop sells.

As I say I’m going to put this down to a unfortunate event but I won’t be using again,

I purchased a "new" bag (YSL medium Lou Lou) from this company in January 2022 - I have put the date of experience of review down as 11/11/2022 as this was the date the bag was assessed as counterfeit and I feel it is really important this information is shared.

The bag has been assessed as counterfeit by 3 independent assessors - including Entrupy (my bag was sold with an Entrupy certificate stating the bag was genuine from Love Luxe which was odd). Love Luxe have refused to give me a refund despite acknolwedging this. I would not buy from this company

First time for buying from LoveLuxe. Parcel arrived very quickly. Packaged very well and my Mulberry Bag arrived in a presentation box. Bag was accurately described and in virtually perfect condition. Very pleased with the whole transaction and would definitely buy from LoveLuxe again.
