Skickade ett falskt inkassokrav till mitt företag och fick ringa dem 3 ggr utan att dem kunde ta bort det. De sade att jag inte skulle ringa den ursprungliga indrivaren (Di.se) eftersom betalningen var mellan oss. Till slut så var det jag som skulle ringa den ursprungliga indrivaren (Di.se) och förklara att fakturan var fel. Lowell har absolut ingen kontroll om de skicka korrekta eller falska inkassokrav

Setup payment plan with them after being harassed and constant letters and calls they then sold the dedt to some other company now I wait for letters to come and start all over again useless company.

Just want to send a massive apology to Naveed for the phone dying. I’ve been through a lot today! And his customer service skills were 10/10 his people skills 10/10 and his enthusiasm and empathy 20/20 he is a complete asset to you guys! And made me feel so comfortable! He give me all the time I needed to help me with an issue I’ve had with a provider that wouldn’t accept payments from me previously as to which it was passed to you guys! He should honestly be given a pat on the back for the call with me! Please tell him I appreciate people like him very much so! And again I’m sorry for the phone dying it seemed so rude. Have a fantastic weekend!

Ett riktigt vidrigt och lögnaktigt företag! Jag har varit i kontakt med dem i ett ärende de skickat vidare till KF utan att skicka fakturakopia jag bett om. Så fort inkassokravet kom så ringde jag upp Lowell och bad om fakturakopia eftersom vi aldrig fått fakturan. Deras system låg nere den 26/3 så jag blev ombedd att ringa om ett par minuter vilket jag gjorde. Samma svar igen när jag ringde, blev då ombedd att ringa om ca 30 min vilket jag gjorde, systemet fortfarande nere. Lämnade då mina uppgifter, mailadress och telefon och de lovade att skicka kopian så fort systemet var uppe. De gjorde de inte, blev ombedd att bevisa med spec av mobilräkning att jag ringt eftersom de först hävdade att jag absolut inte kontaktat dem. Idag pratade jag med en Fredrik som säger att jag bara ringt 2 gånger trots att specen visar 3 gånger samt samtalstid. Lång story som fortsätter! Nu ska jag på något sätt försöka anmäla dem för att de ljuger och inte gjort det de lovat. Man blir mer eller mindre anklagad som lögnare. Vidrigt uppförande.

Dealt with a lad called Jordan whilst making arrangements to pay an old debt. Lovely lad who was sympathetic without be patronising. Took time to discuss the options and make arrangements. Couldn't have done more for me. Credit to the company and whatever you pay him, it isn't enough. Genuinely don't be afraid to give them a call. They were brilliant.

so this is my second review. In a nutshell my elderly mother recieved a letter from this company which completely ruined her weekend. Apparently showed an apparent list of owed debts from over 10 years ago. i called them to explain their business and why they would send this letter. Firstly if there was any debt the companies in question would have sent a bill and the debt is void after 6 years anyway. The letter wasn't threatening baliffs etc but seemed like " we can set up a payment plan". the company plays on a "Fear Factor complex" in a hope you accept liabilty and call them. I DID AND THEY WOULDN'T PROVIDE ANY EXPLANATION "LOTS OF EEEMMM AND ARRS". I WILL BE WRITING A LETTER TO THE FCA FOR INVESTIGATION OF SUCH TATICS............IF YOU RECIEVE THESE LETTERS JUST THROW THEM AWAY.

I have an IVA in place with Ebengate and Lowell Group keep insisting on sending me letters to pay back a debt they bought from Studio which was also covered under my IVA! They are breaching the agreement set within the boundaries of my IVA! I am sick of them and they are adding even more stress to an already stressful situation by hounding me with letters! Nobody takes getting an IVA lightly and I certainly didn't! They are a disgrace and need to update their records!

Receive a letter almost every week, Asked for the Original Debt months ago to which they Ignored! So I'll ignore there Demand for Payment, It works both ways..

Ask them for an itemized bill and most importantly the original deed of assignment which they definitely won't have.
Without it they have nothing but threats, if you already have a judgement against you just apply to the court and have it thrown out as i did, then sue them for harassment and supplying false documents to the court.
Do not be intimidated by the scumbags they thrive on threats and lies, happy to supply evidence anytime 👍

They refuse to provide me with Deed of Assignment for the debts they have purchased. Terrible company

Constantly harassed..have no debts but getting constant letters, calls and msgs.. disgusting saying owe 1500 but fail to say why...disgusting

Junaid is the rudest person I think I have ever come across remember you do not need to give these people your personal information or rather don’t!!! They buy debts for a couple of hundred then try to make thousands out of the same debt becareful

Företaget skickade aldrig en faktura utan gick till inkasso direkt med höga avgifter.
Kvinnan från Lowell kom med lögner om att avgifter "måste" tas ut pga lag och att inget kan göras. Hennes attityd blev extremt dålig och höjde sin röst när jag genomskåda henne och sedan vägrade hon prata vidare. Jag antar att det är på detta viset de tjänar sina pengar, genom att lura och suga ut pengar från hederliga skattebetalare.

Customer service is the worst I’ve known. Set up a payment plan and they took the payment twice which left me overdrawn over Christmas due to an issue with their online payment system. Have been promising me a refund for 4 weeks now. Was left with no money to buy food!

Awful company. If you pay, they will listen. If you cant, they will harass. Where is the Ombudsman? Do they not have visibility of whats happening with Debt companies or they just turn a blind eye.

Does it surprise anyone, they get 5 stars. 5 STARS for a Debt management company !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ringer och får till svar att deras telefoner inte fungerar skriver sedan ett mail. Fick till svars att den skulle fungera men när jag ringer så fungerar den inte igen. Man kan då inte lita på detta företag är bara så dåligt man skulle vilja ge detta företag 5 minus stjärnor men det finns som sagt inte.

Scammers, fake, bullying, harassing. Not real. Do not believe their emails. Do not fall for it.

Another fictional loan made up from this company, first I heard was when bailiffs were informed! Details they held for me was years old of date! I have asked for proof of these loans, which they can not give me! Have contacted financial ombudsman as they also won’t note that I have a daughter with mental health issues that will be highly distress if bailiffs turn up!

this company are brilliant when it comes to sorting out debts, they are understanding and are there for you BUT when someone has used my name to get 3 catalogues and i am continually asking them to investigate as it wasn't me they say they are but all i keep getting is an address they think i live at (which i havnt lived at for 4 years and just because it is associated with an old debt WHICH I AM PAYING OFF) and these accounts added onto my credit file, they dont care and now i cant even get car insurance because of what they keep doing, they know the delivery addresses ( which iv never heard or nor been associated with) of the accounts and the phone numbers and the email addresses which are not mine and they still think its ok to be putting it on my credit score!! i am getting fed up with it.
