I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my new BYD SEALION 5. From the moment I walked in, Bryan was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed, and never once made me feel under pressure or pushed into making a decision.

Catherine explained, in detail, each step of my purchase, including the optional extras available to me. The reveal of the vehicle prior to road test was an exceptionally superb experience and added to the consummate professionalism shown by Catherine. From casually browsing the showroom to walking away having ordered a new car, the atmosphere and approach of the team were outstanding.
I'd especially like to recommend Louis, who was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from my very first enquiry. He was always responsive to my detailed questions and supported me throughout the entire process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.
This was a complete contrast to my experience at another dealership, where the atmosphere felt pushy and it seemed like the team would only engage with me if they thought I was ready to buy.
Overall, the service was absolutely top-notch. I’ve already recommended the dealership to family and friends.

It is shocking that, after more than two months of constantly chasing Mercedes for a response regarding a recall they have refused to honour, I am still left without a satisfactory resolution. I was only notified of the recall by letter well after it had been issued, which is completely unacceptable.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially as I have been a loyal, long-term Mercedes customer. I expected far better communication, transparency, and support from a premium brand. The way this matter has been handled has seriously undermined my confidence in Mercedes and left me feeling let down as a valued customer.

The service from Catherine was exceptional. From beginning to end she was extremely accommodating, happy to answer any questions and attentive. I would highly recommend Mercedes and Catherine for anyone looking to purchase a car. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service. Manna was very professional and he looked after me. He was very friendly and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car.

Car was booked in for rear subframe, common fault on this car, although there is a 20 year Warranty on this, the best they could offer was 50% towards the bill of over 3 and half grand, so bit the bullet and booked it in for today 2nd July, I happened to call up about another query then to be told they dont even have the part in, and they will be on back order, complete waste of time for me and my dad who has drove me back of forth to the garage in Tamworth, very disappointed with the service and left feeling annoyed and wondering why I ever bought a mercedes in the first place, there communication is very poor and the lady on front desk made me feel like a second class citizen, over all gutted, and still have to go back to get the work done at some point.
