I have placed 3 orders so far from Lucy Lou's boutique and I am delighted with the speed of the delivery (next day) the quality of the dresses are excellent and a good price too, and the magic dresses are truely magic, I am size 20/22 and 5ft 1 and they fit perfect. I would definitely be using them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ok I’m not a dressy kind of woman, but have been seeing these dresses and other items and thought ooh let’s give it a go….. I ordered a black long one size dress, I’m a size 12-14 and thought well I’m either going to look awful or I’m going to look great and more importantly feel great. I ordered the dress and waited it arrived very quickly, which I was impressed with. I took it out of wrapping and held it up and thought ok let’s try this on and see! As stated before I don’t have a lot of dresses well in fact I have one other somewhere in my wardrobe. So I tried on the dress all I can say is WOW I’m so impressed I LOVE IT which is saying something from me! I’m not a confident person in clothes, I tend to stick to blacks and big jumpers/tshirts and jeans etc
I’m approaching 50 next month and ok tbh I’m not looking forward to it but this dress made me feel confident and even my husband commented on how nice it looks and we all know what men can be like at times lol
So thank you for making me feel great and confident and I cannot wait till summer comes now. I’ll be ordering a few more too.

Lovely clothes and BRILLIANT Customer Service.
Even tho I think it adds a lot onto your clothes when you have to return any with having to pay postage both ways. I have only returned things that don't fit or don't suit me but the money is back in my account in 2 days... Fantastic Customer Service Lucy Lou, if only other Companies could do the same. I can't stop buying from Lucy Lou's, the clothes are lovely, the G Smack Jeans and Magic dresses especially!! I'm a big girl (size 20) and always struggle to find jeans that fit nicely and are comfortable, these jeans do both! You wouldn't believe what a difference finding these jeans have made to me, now I need stock up!!! The delivery service is so quick, if you need a refund it's never a problem and back in your bank quickly, I love the service and goods that Lucy Lou offers, I would highly recommend

Loved this shop until I bought a gilet, took it back the week after and they wouldn’t give me a refund, apparently if you take your items you want to return to the Southport shop or buy online, you can get a refund, but take it to the penwortham shop, you don’t, it is against your statutory rights as a customer to be refused a refund. It is not even a company policy, if it was it would be the same rules across the board. I use to go here all the time, even when my sister was visiting from America, I took her in and she spent money there as well, I’ve had to sell my credit note to my friend, because I will never visit Lucy Lou’s again, I’m disgusted.

Used Lucy Lou’s for the first time this month and it’s amazing, clothes are lovely and fit well and the Magic Joggers are exactly what they say magic, they look amazing on and I was a bit apprehensive when I saw them as I thought they wouldn’t fit me but they feel great on, I’ve bought 4 pairs. Service is great and delivered when they said they would be. I will definitely be using Lucy Lou’s from now on.

Magic dresses are fantastic they fit perfectly, I never wear dresses but have bought 5 so far as they look beautiful. One huge word of advise read the wash label as they are hand wash only. I machine washed mine on 30° and it came apart at the magic elastic part and the neckline elastic on one snapped

Fantastic company, great fitting dresses for excellent prices. Well worth a look, im a retrun buyer and very pleased wuth my purchases. Superb customer care and prompt deliveries.

My friend Jude works mainly in the Churchtown shop and I asked her about the magic joggers that were in and she suggested I nip into the Penwortham shop as I live more local to it….. so I did. Lisa was in there today - she was so pleasant and helpful (even keeping an eye on my sleeping grandson in his buggy).
Jude - you’re right the magic pants are magic! I bought some joggers and some shorts in the sale!

Ordered 2 dresses yesterday morning got them delivered today afternoon fab fit ready for wedding Sunday also got one from Preston shop too will be buying more and recommending to friends why have I only just found these now. Also my first buy online great experience thank you x
