We pride ourselves on making customers feel good about themselves and finding there own kind of beautiful in a new outfit that makes them feel confident when they leave our store. Our website is easy to use and our Live videos on our socials give an excellent view on how to style items together and to give our ladies some outfit inspiration. We want everyone to feel comfortable whatever age or size you may me. We’re here to make that happen. We look forward to seeing new faces in the future and we appreciate our returning customers.

I visited for the first time last week . The shop has a homely feel to it with very kind and caring staff. I bought the lovely teddy coat and leggings. Definitely a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me ❤️❤️

Purchased from Lucy Lou’s on several different occasions both online & in-store. Always great customer service and when visiting store covid safe and friendly staff.
Love the online live videos on a weekly basis too show you new stock and how it fits on different body types.

Absolutely love this shop
Absolutely love this shop, the ladies are amazing. Lucy and her mum go above and beyond to make sure we have the styles that are in, I’ve been shopping with them since I was in high school and now I’m still shopping. Never ever fault them always do the best quality clothes
