Absolute scammers. They just cancelled my withdrawal and deducted over 620 eur from me due to an alleged breach of their terms and conditions which never occurred. It’s obvious that they are making things up in order not to pay out and I was already verified. I never breached any term whatsoever and will be submitting an official complaint to the regulator.

Biggest scam ever. I deposited 1k and played on their sportsbook. Won 1.3k, then after I was limited to less than a $1 bet across the board, I tried to withdraw. Did all my KYC gave them everything they needed. Then, for no reason took my winnings and refunded me my initial deposit. Pure scam of a book, if you win they will take your money. Do not DEPOSIT, you will never get your winnings. They are also regulated by Curacao, which is extremely weak in its player regulations and getting complaints through. The only way is through a lawyer. However, with a small amount of winnings like that, a lawyer will not take my case, as it is not worth it for them. Legit just free rolled me, and when I won, they stole my winnings. It's a joke how bad these Curacao books have gotten. They will also not give me any reason for why they closed my account. No TOS that I broke or anything like that, because I played on their site fair and won I did not break a single TOS and still didn't get paid out.

This casino is a scam they whant to steal your money, they all request for more and more documents, I have sended all the documets and after 2 weeks they have been accepted, i have request the withdraw 4 times and they have been all cancelled. Now they have blocked my withdraw option for a supposed security check they all invent excuses to not withdraw your money, i have waiting for 2 weeks for my withdraw option to be unblocked again and nothing happen.

Der reinste Betrug, vor diesem Anbieter!!! Ich habe bereits mehrere Tausend Euro einbezahlt. Nun nach langer Durststrecke habe ich einen Gewinn von 7.000,00 Euro verzeichnen können. Als ich ausbezahlen wollte wurde mir mittgeteilt das aus Sicherheitsgründen nur 500 Euro innerhalb von 24 Std ausbezahlt werden könnten. Ich Habe alleine heute 1000,00 einbezahlt kann aber nur 500,00 € abheben? Bei anderen Casinos war das nie ein Problem. Bereits bei der Anmeldung müsste ich meinen Ausweis vorzeigen also dachte ich ich sei verifiziert aber auch da lag ich falls und warte auf Bestätigung. Ich kenne das von anderen Anbietern so nicht und würde in jedem Fall abraten...
