A review on Lui Foods

I place an order for conger eel and d other types fish,prices and quantities were agreed on the phone,assured of the quality and freshness and even got advice about sea food quality.order was to arrive within the week but it arrived within 3days fresh and properly packaged.L do not normally review products but have review thi company because they are EXCELLENT and true to their word.

The crab sticks was gross like hard and crusty and the cockles was all mushy with and and very gritty won’t be returning and left a voicemail with no reply 🀮😡

First of all, we apologize for about any issue we made cause you.
We had investigate your complaint and there is no record of phone call, voicemail, email or any form of contact about your complaint to us. You possible contact other company by mistake which we presume. However, We are here not only for sales, but also after sales when customers are happy or not. When we send your order, we provide you with a letter instruction about how to deal with your frozen and fresh fish products and how to store accordingly. Also how to make a direct complaint which we take serious and we want make sure our customers been help with what been purchased.
As you didn't contact us, we couldn't deal with your complaint.
We always instruct our customer by letter how to make a complaint and we are more than help to deal with and solve any complaint. If you still want us to deal with your complaint, please contact us.

My order was delivered on time and the quality of fish from Lui Foods is fantastic.
Upon receiving my order, there was one incorrect item. The Managing director personally re-delivered the correct item the following morning - fantastic customer service!
Would thoroughly recommend them.

One of the best fishmongers in Essex, plus there a family run business, very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
