I have ordered from Lukie Games a few times in the past and never had a problem until now. I ordered a Game Boy Advance game that had a very badly faded label, and it looked like someone had written all over it. I sent them an email with pictures and everything, and they said it was in good condition. If I bought this from any store, they would have said it has label damage, so why do they think it's okay to sell something in this condition without a warning? They are offering to replace it, so that is good, but when I asked if they could check the condition of the one they would send, they wouldn't. I have dealt with other online shops that were more than happy to send me pictures of the product I would receive, but Lukie would not, and it's a bit shady or just pure laziness. Given the prices Lukie Games charges, they should not sell anything other than games in really good condition, or sell damaged ones for less. Now that I know Lukie Games considers damaged-labeled games to be in good condition, I will not be shopping here again. I will update the review once I receive the exchange. They received my return, but now they are saying they have no more in stock to replace it. I checked their store last night, and it said they had one. Not only would this have been easy to tell if they had actually looked when I asked in my previous email. I also know why they are doing this. The price went up from $17.97 to $29.97, all because I ordered it! As another review said, they sit there and raise prices while it's in your cart! I wouldn't doubt they are lying about not having one, given the price I paid. Stay away from Lukie Games; they have to be the worst company to deal with. I would give them less than a one-star if I could.

The vendor does fast shipping, and since I know these are games from previous generation of consoles I know they are used. I only bought 360 games and the price I paid are fair market value. As far as the negative reviews I cannot comment on it because I have not bought consoles or other stuff. I bought some games and after I had no issues I bought more today.

I had a great experience so far, have ordered several PS2 & PS3 games from Lukiegames without issue. Fast shipping with tracking, complete in box sets with manuals and some even have the maps depending on the game. The discs are all perfectly refurbished.

I bought a game five days ago and it came broken what a waste of 25 dollars

Wouldn’t process my card. Was unable to receive game. Went with eBay instead

Received two items that I asked for....but my SimCity cartridge won't save. That is not acceptable. Oh and had to clean it with a swab...swab was black when I was done. Not buying there again

I have bought 30 plus games from lukie games . I have never had a problem with a single game . All have worked . All were clean . Been my go to place for used Wii games for years .

Well what went wrong this time let me see you guys said in an email that you guys clean your games and that's not true first game sent out no work and you guy told me to trash the unworking game in the trash and that's what I did. Second game sent out dirty real bad had to clean the second game. If I could give less than a star rating I would what ever you do stay away from lukies games they will let you down thanks.

Horrible. They say they have a great return policy.. maybe I see things different. Ordered games for a WII and the first batch all failed to work yet my other non Lukie games do so they sent a “second “ batch, FAIL! I contacted the customer service and they said throw out now I want my lousy ten bucks and they want me to produce what they said throw out.

I've been buying my videogames from here for years. The games are always in great condition and their postage is very reasonable. Plus their customer service is excellent! Recommended!

The only thing I have to say about Lukie games is beware of ordering complete games they aren't always complete. Some of the games I orderd as complete were missing the manuals when I contacted them they told me they were used games and couldn't guarantee they would have the manuals. Not very satisfied with that response. Don't mark them as complete if there not .

Got recommended the site online as a popular place to buy items from. Upon browsing the site the prices were utterly ridiculous. I understand running a shop you need to turn a profit, but some of the items were 2-3x the actual price the item is worth. Why would i want to support their site when i can get items from places like Ebay for half the price with guaranteed buyer protection included via ebay policies. Lukie Games is a rip off. Its also illegal pricing practices they use almost every item is listed as on sale when going through the way back machine they were always listed on sale which makes their pricing practices fall into the fictitious pricing which is illegal in many places in the USA. Do not buy from this site unless you want to overpay by a very large margin.

I bought a DS and when I got it in the mail and try to play it the top of the system was broken. I can hear it crack. I tried to call them and left the a few messages and still never heard back. I email them and still never heard back. I wasted my money with them.

Years ago Lukie Games was my place to go for the kids units. Recently I ordered 2DS and they had pictures of it on their page. I was shocked when we got it LATE. I might add. The top screen was all scratched, the entire surface. I wish I could share pictures and the bottom screen had a crack in it. This is not what I would call cosmetic wear it was a damaged unit. They dont seem to care about their customers at all. I sent the pictures to them and paypal and was to be refunded. The unit was sent and received but they've yet to pay me back. Never again!!! I was happy to return it and get one that looks brand new from Game Stop. No I dont work for Game Stop but I was very happy that the 2DS was in PERFECT condition.

Wouldn't take my credit card. Tried to make a purchase twice, but no dice.

I use the same card on every other site out there and it works fine. No exaggeration/hyperbole here either.

If they had fixed their glitch I would have purchased games from them. Their site is essentially useless for me.

This company is TRASH! If their third-party shippers (i.e. UPS, USPS, etc) does not deliver your packages on time per the date/time that they state it'll be delivered by, they'll not only disregard your dispute, but will deny your refund for shipping until you ship the product back to them whenever you actually paid for the product and paid extra for the shipper, but will ONLY acknowledge the refund for shipping if you return the product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! You're better off going to a local retro gaming store to not experience the hassle.

i ordered 4 games, one of them was dirty and no matter how much i cleaned it it wouldn't start. the second one wouldn't get past the loading screen. the 3rd one works perfectly fine, and the 4th wont even start. at least I got one to work, but If I were you I would look up this store before you buy from here.

Very disappointed with my order this time the game system I ordered works great but the controller doesn't charge at all. I've been trying to get customer service all day but no luck.
