I paid for my bags in November by PayPal and here it is March and I still haven't received my handbags. I have tried to contact them almost weekly and I can not get a response.

I know ray, Luxtime, put out the BEST bags…hands down…I also am well aware of usual 3 week wait…normally my package arrives on the actual 23rd day…(email tells you not to contact or worry until it’s been over 23days)….all that being said, now I have a package that is going on 37 days with NO response back whatsoever….I fear maybe ray is very sick or something has happened…but still I know ray or Luxtime are not scammers trying to get anyone….I hope this is a one time thing and I will revise when I am sure….well fed ex just left it on my porch!! It’s perfect and better than expected!! So yeah there will be no correspondence at all but for sure your package will eventually arrive with the best quality handbag possible!! So sit tight and stop stressing or messaging because no one will respond, your bag will arrive a month to 2 months later.

I am reading some very bad reviews. I want to share my experience. I purchased a small shoulder LV bag and when I received it, it was damaged. I emailed Ray, and he gave me instructions in returning it and he shipped a brand new one. I LOVE my bag!!!! It does take a little time, but be patient!!! I have purchased 3 bags from him so far and getting ready to purchase another one. Ray is awesome!!!!!

Only reason they got 1 star is because you can't give 0 stars. Completely ghosted me. Placed order and paid, received an email stating he (Ray) got the money and when I could expect the merchandise, then GONE! No purse. No responses to email. Nothing. Don't do it!

Ordered in October, never got a bag. The guy completely stopped communicating after I sent the money. It's clearly a scam. Stay away.

Just like all the other negative reviews... you order, money is sent, no communication and no product. COMPLETE SCAM.

All these negative reviews... I have also been nervous before, I have ordered 2 bags. They will come. Sometimes it takes a month, give or take. But unless it has been 2 months, I wouldn't worry. It will just show up one day. I was nervous based on shipping not showing, etc. But I think Ray's site says 23 or 27 days before reaching out. I wouldn't freak out, if it has been 3 or 4 weeks. One of mine came about a month after I ordered it. Maybe not the best communication, but I think Ray is super busy and on a totally different time zone.

Ordered three bags in two different orders on January 8th. This vendor, luxdfo, was recommended by an online influencer. I got the “confirmation of order” email from one order but not the second order. I also got a follow up email from Ray telling me to expect delays in shipping. But only on the one order.

Ok. Then I got a FedEx notification of a shipment to me. That was great. Or so I thought-when I received it on January 26th. IT WAS ONLY ONE BAG! Not three. I have emailed Ray over and over asking about the other two bags. Nothing. Crickets. Should I wait? Have any of you reversed the charges on your credit card? How long should I wait?

I ordered several days ago. I didn’t receive any confirmation of my purchase. I’ve sent numerous messages with no response. The site shows no record of my order but the money is gone from my bank.

I am beyond pissed off at this point! I ordered a LV wallet & purse on December 9th; received the wallet December 21st. Today is January 13th and no sign whatsoever of my purse! I’ve emailed Ray at least 5 times and no response! I feel like I’ve been ripped off $300 that I’ll never get back! The wallet is beautiful but no purse to go with it! Don’t order from this guy!

Really sad that I sent a payment for a bag on December 23 and haven’t received my purchase. Honestly I more disappointed that I have sent a handful of emails to check the status and never heard anything back. I’m hoping that there is a mistake or somehow our wires got crossed but super unhappy
with the communication and customer service. This business came highly recommended by a friend but I must have gotten the bad end of it.

Received bag today and it’s perfect. Never did receive an email back from ray but the bag did arrive and is beautiful!

Ray at Luxtime is AWESOME! I have purchased 10 + bags from him over the past few years. They are the highest level of replicas. Amazing!!!! Ray has a lot on knowledge on the handbags. He knows how the patterns should be and which bags are truly replicas. Some of the sellers will sell bags in sizes/colors that were never made by LV. Every bag I have received from him has been top-notch in terms of quality. I used to purchase the real thing but the quality is so good that I don’t want to spend money on the real ones! He currently has some health issues which has made his communication slower than normal. Don’t worry and be patient. He’s a great guy and will take care of you!

I ordered a bag over a month ago and still have not received it. I’ve tried to call several times and got no answer. I’ve wrote several emails and got no answer. I’ve got no tracking number or Anything. Im pissed I can’t get ahold of anyone and at this point I’m pretty sure he just stole my money. I would NEVER recommend buying anything from here.

Ordered 1 bags on October 25th and eay confirmed pmt was received but I've tet to receive my bags. Fedex came to deliver a package requiring a signature buy never came back. I have a delivery ticket fedex says it's coming from Dubai did anyone else's bags come from Dubai? FedEx says it's an electronic company from Dubai not sure who this is from.

Ordered a duplicate Louis Vuitton handbag, nothing like a real Louis, Not thrilled with the quality and customer service is pretty much nonexistent. So if you have a problem you will never reach them and they will never return your emails. It’s China, what can I say they are the worst!!! They have a return policy but they will not contact you in order to return; so you better be 100% happy because you are stuck with it.
UPDATE. BEEN 3MONTHS SINCE RETURNING BAG AND SEVERAL ATTEMPS TO CONTACT SELLER. NO COMMUNICATION OR REFUND FROM THESE PEOPLE. IVE HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO TRY TO RESOLVE

I ordered my Louis Vuitton bag I believe on the 22nd of October and it arrived today November 4th. I am so thrilled with my bag and how quickly it came. There were no issues. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again. The bag is seriously perfect! So, stop thinking about it and buy the bag you want.. u will not be disappointed.

I did not like the fact that they play weird games with the paypal payment. Unlike every other legitimate seller, they do not accept paypal via their web site. Instead, after you purchase, they send an email instructing the buyer to send the paypal payment to some gmail address. I later found out that the reason they do this is because paypal does not permit sellers of fake goods to (directly) use its payment services. Same for Visa/Mastercard. So, LuxTime uses a roundabout by having buyers send money to their email address. If you buy from them, when you send the money, BE CERTAIN you choose the option that says "payment for goods and services." If you don't, you will lose paypal's buyer protection. Curiously, nowhere in Luxtime's payment email instructions does it tell buyers to do this. This failure to disclose was dishonest in my opinion and I chose not to complete the order.

Hopefully, the buyer will not lose buyer protection by knowingly buying fake merchandise. Paypal does use the wording "if the purchase qualifies for buyer protection."

I ordered a bag from Ray on Sept. 27th and am still waiting for a shipping update. It's been about 16 days since payment was made. He said it would take about 21 days due to Covid. While a lablel was made by the merchant, FedEx has not received the item to prepare for shipment. Ray was very responsive until payment, but has gone MIA on inquiries regarding ETA.

I received a LV bag, and it is great. However, he couldn't fill the second part of my order and I have been trying to communicats with Ray several times with another option with no luck. He still has $250 of my money so I am somewhat unhappy.

I have had a wonderful experience with Luxtime. I have ordered 3 Handbags, a backpack and a luggage piece through this website and each one has been immaculate! These bags are very high quality! I highly recommend buying from this store!
