It took a while to get it with it being out of stock with the manufacturer so it didn’t not arrive in the window that was promised . This caused us some delivery issues but Annette went out of her way to keep me updated after I made the initial contact. Happy to say it arrived on site today. Not checked it out or used it yet but I’m sure if all ok we will use this company again.

I had to wait for my tub but it was because it was out of stock at Lazee spa and I so wanted the Hollywood so waited. It was well worth the wait I absolutely love it. Also it is way bigger than I expected and my little granddaughters say they can swim in it ha ha

I brought a Lazy Spa hot tub. Initially I was a bit hesitant as the price was a lot less than anywhere else but I took a chance and I'm glad that I did!

A query I had was answered straight away and the item came quickly. The delivery company were good and kept me informed about the delivery.

I was after a lay-z spa santorini and searched all over the Internet for the best price, luxurygardenparty was the cheapest I could find, saving £100-£200 compared to other retailers/websites, spoke to Annette before my purchase, checked reviews on trust pilot and thought I'd purchase from them, ordered on Sunday, arrived Friday, setup on Saturday and enjoying the spa on Sunday, so within a week we were relaxing in our new Lay-Z-Spa so I am well happy with my purchase thankyou Annette

I haven't received it yet! I was told it would be delivered within 6 working days, which was last week, but not due until today. Disappointed!

Luxury Garden Party delivered on time, but that's where the professionalism stopped. I reported a fault within 24 hours, only to be dismissed and told to deal with the manufacturer — a blatant attempt to dodge their legal responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This is not just poor service — it's a complete disregard for consumer rights. Retailers are legally obligated to handle faults within the first 30 days, yet they refused to take accountability. Their response was evasive and unacceptable.

I’ve reported them to Trading Standards. I would strongly advise others to steer clear. If something goes wrong, don’t expect this company to take responsibility.

Purchased 2 vidaXL Wheeled Parasol Base's exactly what I was looking for, well made, weighty and also look nice. Item's were well packed, dispatched quickly and I was able to track delivery. There was a problem but on contacting customer services I found them to be very helpful problem resolved very quickly. Thank You for a very pleasant experience would definitely use again.

Courier lost the product and gave me 3 different delivery dates.courier company (DX)were useless. Comms with luxury Garden Party was good, however. Annette was responsive and helpful. She shipped a replacement which arrived quickly.
