Order arrived very quickly after placing the order. Discovered a problem brilliantit was fantastic how quickly they replied staying in contact and sending parts list with the numbers and stayed in touch right through to the very end, brilliant service which is unheard of in this day and age, well done Annette and her team.
Product was packed very well and easy to assemble, so 5 stars all the way around.

I’ve just received my item of Ariella Floating Console Table.

I just want to say that I’ve never had anything so well packaged with the hardware in a lovely clothe bag (and all there) with easy to follow instructions.
In these days when all you hear is complaints I thought I would just say that what you and your firm are giving there customers is First Class and so glad i purchased from you.

Order, delivery time, contacts were all great. The delivery (4 packets in our case) arrived within 1 week. Assembling takes some time. There are about 250 screws. But the instruction is understandable. Only annoying was the assembly of the slatted frame. The instruction says 85 mm in between the slats, which I followed, leaving me with too large a gap at the end. I suggest 100 mm inbetween the gaps. Or the company has to provide 3 more slats for a 85 mm distance. Bed looks good and seems to be comfortable.

Good communication, delivery and packaging.

The goods I ordered were damaged. I emailed the company and they explained the faults were down to the manufacturer. After some back and forth with some pictures and info, they issued a refund. I dealt with Annette who kept me up to date with regular emails of the ongoing status of order. Excellent customer service

I ordered a pizza oven and it stated 3 in stock. The company then cancelled my order telling me that they were out of stock but when I checked their website, they were available but the price had increased by £100.
I emailed the company and they had tried to say it was an error blah blah.

I didn't believe them as it was very strange. The whole process was weird and it felt like a very unprofessional purchasing process. I definitely wouldn't bother shopping on their site again.

Well if you didn't want yo sell it at a reduced price then you shouldn't of advertised it at that price. Also my name is Sherry not Shelly. No wonder your stock levels are incorrect if you can't even get custoers names right🙄

Also, I have now bought one better and cheaper than advertised on your website. So my review isnt based on disapointment ( as you put it) its based on honesty and warning others what kind of set up you are. And after your ridiculous reaponse I would definitely say avoid you 100%

Made order, paid money, then told item was not in stock. Surely it’s not rocket science to only sell items that are available!

If I had been kept informed of the progress of my order then I would have rated the experience a 5. I had to email the company after six days to find out what was happening. They emailed me back very quickly and the order was delivered the next day.

Item ordered is great value. Delivery was slow and customer service could be better. Do not answer phone calls. Had to email a few times chasing delivery to find out they were awaiting stock. At first told a different delivery company and when chased again it had changed to another delivery company. I just feel there could be better communication. However item ordered is perfect.

Good clear website. The TV unit we ordered is great quality and excellent value.

Hasn’t been delivered yet but Annette has been brilliant keeping me up to date with the delivery delay. Wish every company was as good at notifying customers at busy times of the year.

Ordered a stunning console table, kept fully updated on the delivery times as it was coming from India and it arrived ahead of the suggested times. End result a very happy wife, thank you!

I’d shopped around and found an item cheaper elsewhere but the chat option flashed up so I asked if Luxury Garden Party would match the price if I bought something else. They duly matched the price making the whole matter really simple. The items arrived quickly and safely from the manufacturer direct and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks LGP.

The item was cheapest among all the advertised web sites. It was despatched promptly and arrived quickly. The quality of the item and the packaging was excellent.

Ordered item on a Saturday morning, I then contacted to cancel same day due to sizing but decided to continue with order. Monday morning I contacted to cancel as item wasn't shipped and found alternative. I apologised for this.

Am then receive a rude email from the director on Monday afternoon, stating I ordered, cancelled, so they decided to ignore my cancellation for the morning. The director stated instead of cancelling the order, I need to reject the delivery! Why it wasn't processed or shipped on Monday morning! The director is clearly not worried about their environmental impact, with having the item delivered and then cancelled with the driver!

Disgusting customer service from the director, who is rude and argumentative over email though supposedly provided top notch service...bahaha, no responsibility for the environmental impact. Oh they use Evri for delivery, had I known this prior or ordering, I wouldn't have placed my order!

All round a very poor experience, please don't put yourself through this and use another company!
