Excellent customer services and prompt replies when I had any queries and they kept me up to date at every stage when ordering my hot tub. I would highly recommend Luxury Garden Party to all my friends, family and customers looking for a company that goes the extra mile!

Pedestal arrived in good time. Have constructed pedestal. However, pack of 12 bolts actually had only 9! I fortunately had some bolts the correct thread and length, pure fluke! The printed instruction sheets had wrong information i.e. labels D1 & D2 were flipped which meant the drawer/shelf went together wrongly. Fortunately I am a designer and was able to rectify logically. Otherwise it’s gone together well and is installed with washer dryer atop.

Simply great customer communication very helpful unfortunately the item i purchased did not suit my needs, however after contacting the company and explained the situation, there's was no Hassle about getting a full refund would highly recommend for online shopping

The service by Luxury Garden Party was very good but was let down by their courier service. I was notified by Evri that the parcel was delayed but no reason was given. The courier said they would notify when the parcel was out for delivery but they did not.
I do not normally buy from companies that I know use this courier but I did not know until after the order was placed. Consequently, I will not purchase from this Company again.

Bought a radiator cover from Luxury Garden Party and put it together with help. Unfortunately the front slats were too short and wooden construction dowels were clearly visible and the quality looked poor on completion. There were also large patches of black staining on the pine, which I'm advised is often a result of disease in the tree wood resulting in a poor finish on the wood. This was an expensive cover but I bought because it fitted the style of the space. When I contacted the company they said that they would send a replacement immediately. When I requested a refund and collection, or disposal/charitable donation of the radiator cover instead, the company have made it very difficult and have refused to engage or meaningfully facilitate this. I have ordered the cover from another site and therefore do not need a replacement. The issues with the product are a manufacturing issue, but I feel that these issues are now secondary to the more serious faults with a company who are holding onto customers' money after selling them unsatisfactory products, that simply do not reflect that which is advertised online. Be careful if you are buying expensive products from this site. I feel my experience was really unfortunate as initial customer service seemed supportive and apologetic about the state of the product but attitude quickly changed when a refund was requested as alternative to replacement. I can see from other reviews now that refunds and poor customer service have been an issue with this company. Lesson learned!
