They are the worst
They are the worst! Order it in October and haven’t received it yet and they don’t respond to my emails, they blocked me in instagram! I wish I saw this website before I ordered!!!!! What a bunch of thieves !!!!

Highly disappointed as the case charging plug fell off (as if it was GLUED) I have reached out several times ONLY to get NO Response and NOW see that there are no refunds with any opened package?!!

Awful. Terrible. Case broke within one week and broke inside my phone. It took 3 hours and came very close to completely destroying my lightning port. They said you have to put in straight down but due to lip on iPhone camera, that is a giant pain and almost impossible especially when removing case. Regular headphones also don’t work so I ended up removing case multiple times a day just to listen to music/podcasts. No response from customer service. I really wish I would have read reviews first, Buy Casely instead!

I'm feeling lucky I got a few months of use out of my case. The shipping/receiving process was terrible. I waited for almost 3 weeks to get my order. When it FINALLY came I got a pretty rude email from customer service asking if I was satisfied.
3 months of use, and it's worked great. My case is really cute, exactly what I wanted. Too bad the charging port now won't charge the case. I've always been extremely careful with my cords, I still have and use my original cord that came with my iphone 7, and it's in perfect condition, so I know it's not my cord. The case is failing. I'm pretty disappointed because for $60 and 3 weeks of waiting, I'd expect a pretty top quality product that should last the lifetime of my phone.
What really sucks is their terrible customer service, and their awful return policies. They shouldn't be making products they don't stand behind for more than 8 hours. What a joke.
Fail. I won't ever order another Luxy Lemon case again, and I'll be certain to let all my friends know that while it's a super pretty case, its a waste of money supporting a company that really DOESNT care about it's customers.

I wish there was a way to give Zero Stars! Worst company ever ever!!! Case doesn’t charge after not even a month of using it! Emailed customer service and never heard back! Learned my lesson... should have put in a police report for stealing from customers and selling Lemon phone chargers. I will never order from this company again. Luxy lemon is a bunch of liars and thieves!!

I really wish I had done my research on them before I ordered it because I saw an influencer I follow had one and liked it. What a scam and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only did they send me a screen protector that was too big, the charging case stopped working and their customer service depot keeps ignoring my requests!!
Phone case never showed up
I ordered My phone case and it hasn’t shown up. It’s been well over 30 business days and I have never had trouble getting things to my house. I have emailed them many times and have had no answer. I’m so angry because I was so excited as I had wondered one of there cases for a long time and now I can’t get my money back as they won’t answer me.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The charger broke off in my phone within 2 days of receiving it. I spent hours at apple to get it out. Luxylemon had me send multiple pictures of the cell phone. They kept saying they couldn’t see the broken port. Finally, they said they would replace it but the new cell phone case was never received and customer service stopped responding.

I had my charging iPhone 7 case for only a few weeks. It charged my phone pretty well for a while, but sometimes when i plugged it in it would only charge my case but not the phone. Also, the colored part popped out of the front, black part so now it will charge my phone, but if i plug the charger into it, the charger will just fall out bc its broken. Very sad. Dont buy or you will be crushed :(

Horrible! They dont respond to emails. One use and the thing wouldnt charge and the port broke into my daughters phone. Followed all instructions on how to slide phone in and out. Horrible product and horrible customer service. Dont buy from them.

If this could be ZERO stars it would be. I was excited to get a charging case from Luxy Lemon and had considered ordering more once mine came. However the day I get it, the charging port was extremely loose. I put my phone on and charged it up via my wall charger. The case itself didn’t hold a charge well. So I charged it on its own thinking that was the issue. It wasn’t. It still didn’t hold a charge for more than 2 hours? Not much time. I reached out to Luxy Lemon and didn’t get an answer. So I kept using it because it was pretty. Then it broke. My phone wasn’t charging AT ALL so I had to take my phone out only to find it was broken and the charging port stuck in my phone. (No, I didn’t drop my phone nor did I cram it into the case) I sent another email out to Luxy Lemon only to be ignored. I then reached out o Facebook through messenger, I saw they read the message but no response. I have commented on Instagram and Facebook and I am now BLOCKED from doing anything. THEY BLOCKED ME! My messages weren’t harassing. I stated the issue and asked if there was anything that could be done. Instead Luxy Lemon AVOIDED me and hid behind the block feature instead of practicing good business tatics. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

I LOVE my Luxy Lemon cases! I had one for 2 years before I broke the charge port. They stand up to a lot of abuse. I've got 2 more now (received one as a gift) and love them as well. They have more than 100% recharge on my iPhone. I'm about to get a Galaxy Note 10 and I'm just hoping Luxy Lemon has a cute case for that by the time I get the phone.
Comparison: I had a Mophie prior... Mophie's are heavy and huge and they only recharge 80% of phone battery and they chip and bubble BAD. Luxy Lemon doesn't do that at all.
The only positive of Mophie over Luxy is I can use my wireless charger and it charges both my phone AND Mophie at the same time. Luxy doesn't offer that yet.
The only thing I don't recommend (and I'm not even sure if they do this anymore or not but they did when I got my first one a couple years ago) is the matching screen protector. It's cute... but it lasted less than a week before it was cracked and gone.
Luxy Lemon is the way to go. Cute, not so heavy, more than 100% recharge, doesn't chip and bubble... 3 out of 3 of mine were perfect.
