We have been using LW Gas for annual services since they installed our boiler 15 years ago. They are reliable, trustworthy and professional. They are also good at communicating over appointments. Super service!

Have used these guys for the last 7 years. Always good work. Never had a problem.

Mark completed the job quickly and efficiently. He left the site clean and tidy - part from a hot radiator I wouldn’t have known he had been.
I have no reservations in recommending LW Gas Ltd.

LW Gas saved the day yesterday. Lee was amazing. Despite having finished work for the day and about to settle down to watch England in the World Cup quarter finals, he came to our rescue. Our boiler had stopped working and with minus temperatures outside, two young kids and family coming for dinner, it was the last thing we needed. Lee knew exactly what was up and gave us clear instructions on how to fix the issue. Thanks to him, the boiler was soon working again and we didn’t freeze. So charming and professional. We couldn’t recommend LW Gas more. Thanks Lee.

Had LW Gas recommended to me but this has to be the worse company I've ever used. Quick enough to quote and take your money, but overall finish and customer care is atrocious! Had them install all new radiators and a new boiler in my new home. Every where they drilled the brick dust was left, outside was brick rubble laying on the path not swept or tidied away. As a wearer of a false leg these things can cause me to trip and fall. Radiator valves I have since found loose and had to get tightened. Also whilst installing the radiators they set off my house alarm and even knownly having the reset key fob in their possession they to reset the system they proceeded to cut through all the alarm cables and hack in to the control box, thus rendering my alarm useless and un repairable by the alarm company. I had to get a new alarm system installed at a cost of over £1100. LW Gas have refused to pay this cost even after they caused the issue. Hob was quoted to be installed but I have now had to pay another company to come a install. All in, this company has cost me in excess of £1300 in repairs and installation due to their incompetence. Would give 0 stars but had to give 1

The company fitted a new boiler. The engineer arrived promptly and worked tirelessly, giving confidence that the job would be carried out to a high standard. Numerous questions about the installation procedure and gas safety were answered clearly, giving further reassurance. Exceptionally professional throughout.

Very good service from this company. Extremely easy to book online and the job was carried out very efficiently. The engineer was polite, helpful and respectful of my property. Highly recommend. I always use this company for regular service and bigger jobs since they helped me at short notice when I was really stuck 5 years ago

I was perfectly happy with the service provided for me by L W Gas. The engineer arrived on time and was polite and helpful - he serviced the boiler and corrected the settings for maximum efficiency. I used this company last year and will do again next year. The price charged is competitive.

As ever, our annual service was without drama. Excellent communication allowing for sufficient time to book in the service. Everything carried out cleanly and professionally and all for a fraction of what larger companies might charge for on a monthly contractual basis. We're very happy we switched to L W Gas. Thank you.

Amazing team,

First we had the whole system checked by Lee's team, at another visit Lee himself came and gave us advice about improving our heating and hot water system and gave us outstanding cost for the whole service.

During the boiler replacement LW GAS's team were extremely careful clean and thorough during the whole process. They have completed the task quite efficiently and our home is now much more modern with the remote smart controlling system by Bosch.

The water in the shower is much softer and pleasant.

It was a true pleasure and ease dealing with LW GAS, highly recommend them to everyone.

A game of two halves. The first job to connect a radiator and to fix a radiator wasn’t completed. They failed to notice or ignored a locked valve and left saying the radiator didn’t work as there wasn’t enough oil in the tank to make it work. They failed to release the air lock in the oil pipe which my husband did in less than 5 mins when he got home from work and the oil from the tank flowed nicely to the boiler. They were very quick and demanding about payment. Despite an incomplete job they demanded payment in full before leaving. Payment was clearly the main priority. Then the second job a different team arrived and a much better job was done and our heating is now working. Mark Holley was really good, polite and explained what he had done. Luke Bones came back to finish the first job started previously by others again he explained what he had done and it now seems to be ok. Would recommend Mark and Luke and Liz in the office was very pleasant too. Shame about the first crew.

I found the engineer very pleasant & informative. He also gave an excellent gas service, full marks.

Efficient and professional service. Matt kept me informed and updated every step of the way, telephoning me to advise of his time of arrival. Excellent professional service that was reassuring and gave me confidence. I would definitely use LW Gas again. Highly recommend.
