Great communication with quotes & questions etc. Really quick & efficient workers. They left the house clean & tidy and got the whole job done in a day for minimal disruption and inconvenience to us. Really happy with the job, thanks.

I have been using this company for 15 years and would not consider using any other for this work. They respond quickly to problems and carry out their work quickly and cleanly. They have never let me down and they are a really nice bunch of people.

Central Heating boiler service.
Engineer arrived on time, carried out the service, answered my question, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was left clean and tidy . Very friendly and knowledgable engineer.

The engineer arrived on time, was pleasant, thorough and tidy. The booking was efficient and all in all there was zero stress. I am also confident that if there was a problem I could phone LW Gas and they would sort the boilers out.

Excellent service and work from start to finish. Initial visit to carry out quote identified some additional issues that needed resolving and solutions were identified and included in the quote. We were kept updated throughout and they were even able to start work earlier than expected which suited us perfectly. The team were punctual , polite and the work was carried out on time with no mess or additional costs. We were taken through all the work that had been done and shown all the boiler controls. A really lovely and professional team. Would highly recommend.

My boiler broke down quite unexpectedly and my usual gas plumbing company that I use were unavailable for two weeks.
Trying a new company was a little daunting.
I chose LW Gas as they were local, I had seen many of their vans in the area and they were backed by Checkatrade.
The owner took the time to ring me to go through the work and to ensure I was happy before it started. Also saying to call if I had any questions. The engineers arrived on time and did a splendid job, the house was left spotless.
I am very pleased I chose LW Gas and would highly recommend them.

LW gas installed a new combi gas boiler and removed my old boiler with the minimum of disruption the tradesmen were excellent and left the house clean and tidy can highly recommend them

Exceptionally helpful in planning the visit and taking extra care during the visit, due to member of the household being Immunosuppressed. This at a time when government and some companies have relaxed Covid19 safety requirements.
Appointment was made on a day and at time to suit me. This was confirmed by email and a reminder sent the day before.
Arrived on time, servicing the boiler and lounge gas fire was carried out in a systematic way, and he also flushed out Magna Clean unit and the engineer cleaned up afterwards.
The actual cost was as agreed in advance.

I've used LW Gas for a number of years now, servicing our old boiler, installing a new one and subsequent annual servicing. All contact is friendly, reliable - they are always on time - and all the staff are very helpful. Clean, tidy, punctual, reliable and great quality work - couldn't ask for any more!

Had a boiler fitted last year, just had first service another no nonsense no hassle job. Excellent!!!

Our boiler broke down on the first day of a spell of freezing weather in January. Our regular plumber was booked up for 2 months ahead. We therefore tried LW Gas as they had recently installed a boiler for our son. Although very busy Lee came out and quoted within a day of calling and fitted us in around other jobs the next week.

I cannot praise Lee and his whole team enough and below is an extract from my email to them after the job was completed which sums it all up:

“We have been ‘blown away’ by your company and wanted to thank you so much for helping us out at such short notice by coming out to see us so quickly (even though we were out of your area) and providing a super quick quote, then managing to fit our boiler installation in within a week. The people we spoke to in your office were very helpful and efficient and today Matthew and Mark have been fantastic. They arrived on time, worked cleanly and unobtrusively and were very pleasant - after around 5 hrs we had our new boiler; what great guys they are and a real credit to your company. So thanks very much to you and your whole team for such amazing service.”

LW Gas stepped in to help us with a boiler problem - the Gas Safe engineer who originally installed it has consistently failed to respond/help. They fitted us in at very short notice in the busy pre-Christmas period and did their best to help. Cannot fault their service, attention, effort. Had used them previously at another property and now won't consider using any other company when it comes to anything gas-related in our home. They really do want to do the very best job.

LW Gas regularly services my gas equipment - I won't go anywhere else. Staff are always pleasant, efficient and cheerful. The charges are very reasonable.
