Lybrate’s Customer Service for Doctors – A Disappointing Experience
As a healthcare professional, I expected Lybrate to be a reliable platform for connecting with patients and managing consultations efficiently. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been far from satisfactory. The worst part is they have illegally deducted three times in day which I have not even subscribed for their service. Whenever I tried to reach their customer care number 9015559900 always switched off. Can you imagine?

It became evident that the support staff lacked adequate training and knowledge about the platform’s functionalities and common issues. This resulted in repetitive, unhelpful suggestions and a clear inability to provide effective solutions.

The platform’s potential to streamline healthcare consultations is overshadowed by its poor customer service and technical inefficiencies. For a platform that positions itself as a bridge between doctors and patients, Lybrate needs to significantly improve its support and technical infrastructure to truly serve the healthcare community effectively.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback and prompts Lybrate to take the necessary steps to enhance their services for doctors. Until then, I would advise fellow healthcare professionals to consider other, more reliable platforms for managing their practice.

Fraud company take money from people and no consult doc. Cheaper people

Its a fake app. Even after successful payment they said that the payment is not done. I have full proof of what ever I am saying. After that I tried several ways to contact them but their every contact details are fake including mail id. They make money by looting patients who need doctors help. Nothing is more pathetic than this scam. So please don’t believe them

I had paid twice for the same consultation since the first time after payment it was showing that I need to pay again. Paid INR 880 and INR 792 on 12th and 13 th Feb 24 thinking that there could be some error in the site and they will refund. No consultation happened till date and it still shows to pay the amount. Despite my sending emails and also writing in the App for assistance no revert in the last one month. Earlier I used the app and found it good but now with the recent experience, I have stopped using the App since no one is there to hear the client.

Not responding phone call and even emails takes long time for responding

I have made payment for online consultation but neither doctor has responded nor given any prescription. I tried to call lybrate healthcare executive but each time the concerned person on the other side disconnected the call. Also I dropped mail for full refund but no reply received from lybrate help desk. It's totally scam app and horrible experience for me. I have consulted doctors in practo as well but these has never happened and I received the refund immediately if the consultation is undone

Folks, please don't trust Lybrate. they are one of the biggest fraud websites. They have a feedback form for the doctor but they dont post the negative remarks or problems that the doctors cause. They publish only positive reviews which is absolute fraud. So if you believe them and trust the reviews on their website about the doctors, then you will be cheated and fooled coz they are just one-sided. I emailed them but no reply or accountability from Lybrate regarding the complaints I made to them.

Subsequently, Psychologist Dr. Sripriya V who has a clinic in Ambattur and also at Sri Singhvi Health Center- Purasaiwakkam is not worth it. She can't be trusted or depended on because she said she would confirm an appointment within a day but didn't and canceled further appointments without furnishing any reason.

Dr. Geetha Nagarjuna, she is a very good and friendly doctor. I consulted my nearest doctor but didn’t find her(other doctor) that supportive than Based on Google review I consulted to Dr. Geetha and from the first meet she was very friendly and explained everything in detail my whole pregnancy journey was very smooth and positive and had a successful normal delivery.

I recommend this doctor to all for the best pregnancy journey

When I reach at clinic they told me there no doctor for next 4 days.

Doctor was unavailable so was promised refund, been 15 days and nothing yet, had to raise dispute with credit card company.

Stay away from this typical, Indian scammers.

Fake prescription, Dr Narasimhalu C.R.V (Professor) Skin Doctor (Sai Skin Clinic, Dr.Narasimhalu) took my 600 INR and because of him, my skin is fully damaged.. full of scars ... my skin complexion has been more darker.. i used to be fair but after using his medicines... thanks to him... my whole face has scars... they're looting people... misdiagnosis .. don't ever use the online app for doctors.. instead go in-person and get examined...
