Lyssna is an all-in-one user research platform that helps product, design, research, and marketing teams make confident decisions by putting human insights at the center of how they build and improve products. The platform offers three core research methods – moderated user interviews, unmoderated usability testing, and surveys – along with a suite of specialized test types including prototype testing, first click testing, five second testing, tree testing, card sorting, live website testing, and preference testing. Teams can test everything from early concepts and prototypes to live websites and marketing messages. Lyssna includes a recruitment panel of 690,000+ vetted B2B and B2C participants with precise demographic and behavioral targeting, enabling teams to reach the right audience quickly without managing recruitment themselves. The platform integrates with Figma, Zoom, and Google Calendar to streamline the entire research process from study setup through to actionable insights. Lyssna serves teams at every stage of the product lifecycle – from strategy and concept validation through to design, implementation, and iteration – and is built for researchers, designers, product managers, and marketers alike.

This company doesn't respect its user testers at all. The tests don't pay much. The testers get reviewed but you never know which test owner rated you with what rating. No transparency. They can even delete your account without letting you know! Not worth your time if you are looking for some freelance work as a tester. There are so many much better sites out there.
