Received delivery of my MacBook Pro i9 32Gb 512Gb my laptop is just like new with only 12 battery cycle count thanks guys will buy again.

This is my 4th order from these guys our school regularly purchase iPads from mac4sale always get next day delivery and units are like new.

No problem what so ever. I sent my machine for repair received my machine back with new screen and it’s looking like new after free service.

Recently received my Mac mini M4 32GB unit machine is just like new even in Apple Original box and unit is under apple 3 years extended warranty.

The item arrived exactly as described and was packaged with great care. It was securely wrapped with protective foam inside, and the seller even reused a sturdy box to help reduce environmental waste. Delivery was on time, and everything was easy to set up. Very pleased with the overall experience.

FIRM IS A SCAM.
Tried to purchase an ipod from them, unfortunatey didnt view Trust Pilot beforehand, paid extra for delivery. Its obvioulsy just a scam website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I am very disappointed with my experience. After placing my order, I received very little information about its status and had to repeatedly contact customer support for updates. The responses were slow and did not provide clear answers. The entire process was frustrating and stressful. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Ordered a refurbished iMac Pro in late May. Dispatch took a little longer than expected (late May bank holiday?) but communication from seller was very prompt and helpful. Really good

Machine arrived today and works perfectly and is to ordered spec. Some very minor paint defects but nothing you wouldn’t expect on a 5 year+ old machine. Screen perfect - no scratches or imperfections. Arrived well packaged in original Apple packaging.

If you have the need for a multi-core Xeon-W iMac Pro (quite niche - video editing / virtual machine hosting) these are still excellent machines - thermally stable and ECC memory.

TOTAL SCAM!!! I bought a laptop from these people and they never delivered it. When I asked for my money back they kept delaying and then would turn off their phones or not answer mine repeated called to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR LAPTOP OF YOUR MONEY BACK!!

I'd like to give no stars at all. Dreadful.I ordered and paid for an ipod touch in early April. Didn't arrive. Communication with the company is very poor - a chatbot I guess. I am currently seeking a refund through my credit card provider.
I would advise you to go elsewhere.

Buyer Beware. Slow customer service, missed order details and poor communications on returns and refunds. If you're ordering out of necessity or as a business, please don't.

This company have stolen over £2000 from me and are refusing to pay it back. I ordered a mac in NOVEMBER 25 - and was told it was coming for weeks on end but it never turned up. I then asked for a refund at the start on January 26 and have been told again and again that it was coming- but I still have not had it as of the end if FEB 26.

I have now reported it to the police, companies house, my credit card company and trading standards to try and get it back.

Whenever I call I get no answers, they ignore my emails. This is theft plain and simple. Do not use them.

If you are reading this - I work in PR - I will take this to the press too - give me back my money.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. Ordered an iPod Nano on 2 Jan and kept being told it would ship and it never arrived. It was never shipped. Then getting the refund has been painful. I still haven’t been refunded they have my money! I have had to go through my bank’s chargeback scheme but have been told it will take a while. I feel this is a scam company to be honest. Stay away.

Buyer be very AWARE!!! Avoid at all cost and choose different suppliers which offer amazing customers service from order to delivery.
Order placed 12/01/'26 - conformation email was sent with delivery and product being dispatched within 4 working days. Product never arrived to this day despite chasing and follow up email with empty promises. ONE MONTH ON STILL NOTHING.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST as you will be disappointed.

Still awaiting a refund tried to blackmail me into taking down my reviews. Do not use this company .
