This company has taken my money for a pre order of three wedding boards, discussed exactly what we required and I was sent proofs and had lots of communication back in August.

I have contacted them today to complete the order and all emails are boucning back and the business has disappeared!

Totally devastated!

After ordering a door plaque for myself, I was really pleased so decided to order one for my sister. I received one with the wrong address and was assured that it would be replaced but I havnt received any more correspondence or refund. The plaque cost approx £30 with p&p so I am really disappointed that after sending emails, I havnt received any back.

I bought a planner from this website for £36 when arrived looked very nice went to start using it and you can’t even fit the whole month in the calendar. When emailed the person was very unhelpful and said I can’t get a refund or return it. Do not buy from this company !

Item is good however paid £6.95 for a gift box, which I didn’t get! Have messaged twice on Facebook to ask for a refund on the £6.95 and no reply. Automatic reply says will respond in an hour!

Joke of a company!

No item, no dispatch, no tracking.

Contacted them via email multiple times. no response.

Phone line, disconnected!

Will be filing a chargeback through my bank & advising others to not use this disgusting company! Should not be allowed to trade!

I ordered an item for express delivery over a week and a half ago for an 80th birthday. I emailed and was told it would be will me ‘tomorrow’ 4 days later still not here and hasn’t even been processed. Very disappointing considering it now won’t be here in time and the price I paid was not cheap!! Avoid this if your looking for a present and need it sooner than 2 weeks

Still not received my necklace after 12 days since placing order. At xmas time these gifts need to arrive in time

Absolute thieves. Placed an order with them,they used Evri to deliver it,the item never got delivered. I emailed evri about it,it took nearly 2 weeks for a reply,evri refused to help me. Got in touch with mad with sparkle,they said unless you get in touch with them within 2 days of ordering the product they refuse to help you as that's their policy. Absolute utter scum of a company,avoid at all costs.

I loved this and checked the small print (as i've been caught out before) it DID NOT say frame wasn't included and now its arrived with no frame! Which means it extremely overpriced ~ I wish these companies would be clearer on the descriptions! It's nice but literally just comes as an A4 piece of paper! no frame!!

Ordered two dog plaques for Christmas presents. Emailed regarding delivery, and i received a reply within a few hours. Received my order within 10 days. The plaques are just what I wanted. Really good quality will definitely order from this company again.

Ordered Christmas Eve box and left it in packaging as I had my baby who wasn’t well and in hospital.
When I got round to getting it out I noticed that some of the paint was missing from the side. I was disappointed as it’s not cheap. I emailed and they basically said to buy a pen and colour it in!!
I said that wasn’t good enough and have just been ignored.
Bad experience all over.

Bought 3 Christmas signs for myself and my family. One had a slight spelling mistake on it. I contacted them and they replied within the hour apologising and a replacement was with me in a few days. 5☆ customer service.
Would highly recommend this seller.!!!

I ordered a sign for family and it arrived within a week and was absolutely perfect! When I gave it to the family members they were delighted! Service was easy to use and delivery and aftercare were 5*

Ordered item. No contact so I contacted company, they told me a tracking number. I checkef with courier and they had not received item.
Emailed company again who said item must have got lost and asked if I wanted a replacement within 48 hours. I responded straight away and said yes.
It then took the 48 hours for them to look at my email to then say it would be sent Tuesday after bank holiday. Still no contact/ tracking details received, so had to contact them again today. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Surprised they have a business if this is how they treat customers.

Please do not order a gift box for your items from this company, I spent £7.95 on a gift box and they either did not send it or it was a horrible brown box with made in China on the front. I have tried everything to contact them but you can get no response

Amazing gift for my partner from our children, it came so quickly in the post and the seller also responds very fast with updates.
