I book a ticket, it doesn't show on the app and you cant physically pass it on ( present for someone ) until just before the gig. Pretty useless app tbh!

Ticket finally arrived the night before
I bought a ticket from this company back in November 2025 for a Josh Groban concert on 1st April 2026. It is now the day before and i am stressed. No ticket on the O2 App, signed up for AXS, nothing . No way to contact anyone. What a disappointment . Why on earth do we have to go to another site which causes just more angst.
